lemons (citric acid) dont have a buffer so the ph swings back. The compost may be to hot for seedlings you dont have to feed to burn a plant it was just my :2cents:

So, what do u suggest in order to lower the pH level of my water solution?

And what do u mean when u talk about "hot" compost? The first set of leaves are yellowish (that's why I started this post firstly), the other ones are very green.. I don't think there's a problem, maybe the photo's are misleading..

Hey, good news!!!

I've been measuring my water's pH and then my soil's pH and I'm astonished! My liquid tester points to 6.5, which is an optimum value, right?

I think I'll be introducing nutes to my short rider by the end of the week!

For soil I like Ph 6.8 myself.

Hey ChinaRider,

At this time, I can't be that accurate regarding the pH level.. I own a pH liquid tester (those which you place a sample on a small deposit and apply a few drops of the product and then interpret the color), so I can't really deliver precise values..
But thanks for the hint, in future grows I'll keep that tip in mind.

Now here's the daily photo-update:

Here is the short rider, I watered hear today (plain water). By Saturday I'll start introducing nutes to her.

See u soon :)

I guess both... I've been using Technaflora recipe for success. It's a good complete kit and relativity cheep for what you get. I usually start around when the 3rd set of real leaves starts to fill out.

Here are 2 of mine (not autos this grow though) from day 14.... I would guess you are a bit stunted from the over watering.

You're right..
I've been ignoring some aspects of marijuana growing and now I see that I should've paid attention.

I can even list some of the errors I've made with this plant:

1 - I haven't really measured my water's pH 'till a few days from now.. From the moment I started paying attention to that, I've noticed a higher growth rate.. I've been informing about pH and actually realized how it works for plants and now understand how important it is to maintain a certain level of pH (both for soil and water).

2 - I began with nutes too early.

3 - I over-watered the plant over the first 10 days.

I'm currently focused on other two grows and I plan to keep attention on these details.

I have to thank u and everyone else that has been helping through this post. I'm really getting wiser in this subject!

Nice plants by the way.. looking healthy!

I want my leaves that big!! eheh

Also, I'll be using nutes from Biogrow (I already own them). What do u think?

I'll also follow your instructions and wait for the 3rd set of leaves before jumping into nutes.

Thankss China :)

You have learned alot
I have used bio grow before its good stuff give your plants another week though as there still adapting/recovering to your potting mix then add 1ml per litre every watering. bio grow is a veg based fert idealy it should be used in conjunction with bio bloom but it will be ok

your ph does not need to be measured with biobizz let the micro fauna deal with it adding ph down is chemical based and messes with the process

use the guide in my sig as the grow is nearly the same as fish mix
