Keep in mind that this is their 3rd day since potting..

They look fine to me some times they need a little help getting rid of the shell and clear membrane holding the leader leafs together but they are very very very fragile so its up to you give them another day

they may need a little water

I've had bad luck recently with seeds that shed their shell, but stay trapped in the membrane. Make sure that the clear plastic looking membrane isn't stopping the leaves from opening up, and if it is you can gently pull it off with tweezers. Seedlings often look ugly in the first week, but they'll perk up and look more like little cannabis plants soon enough.

what potting mix are they in the the first true leafs should not be yellow at this point

Ok, I just watered them and placed them under sun exposure. You say its harmless then, they won't be toasted by the heat?

I'm using universal potting by Compo Sana

They cant take crazy heat but they will benefit from some direct light looking through the thread its a bit late now but some general advice
1. that compost look to strong for the first week for seedlings dig a small hole in your pot and fill with seedling compost then plant in that or use a starter cube/pellet
2.dont use a potting up method for autos and plant in a larger pot from day 1 this will save you alot of issues with transplant shock

This will improve your future grows no end

they are bouncing back which is good news but i think they have been slightly stunted by the hot mix

Advice taken agito, thanks!!

I use flora plugs to start mine and have had great luck. Just drop the seed in put the plug in the soil... and lightly put a small amount of dirt in the hole to cover the seed.

I have some of those jiffy pellets, but their use is often discouraged by the community.. in what aspect do they differ from those flora plugs?
