I've seen coco recommended as a soil additive. FastBuds, among others. My uneducated guess would be it could replace perlite?I'm really don't know.. it was just for try

It's same price so no different too me.
I totally agree doc I used pebbles for the first time last grow and it was a major success the roots were very healthy

How's many % do you add bro ?
About 10% a couple handful through the soil/ coco mix and a few layers ontop

20% replaced the use of vermiculite.

I have two seeds in pure coco.I use both coco and perlite together as amendments @Dr. Babnik ... Im thinking of using something like @XxxAuto for my next grow though. It seems to work really well!
The plan was to continue using coco only. But it is such a waste of nutes with so much just flow through.
I may end up using the coco as amendment.
How muc coco do you use in the mix?

It ends up being about 1/3 coco. There's also coco in the potting mix I use, so it's difficult to say precisely.
