Looking nice indeed. What is NFTG Roman?
Sorry for the alphabet soup. Nectar for the Gods is a line of nutrients and they call their aggressive feeding schedule the “Roman Regimen”. I’ve been using my version of that for quite a while now.

Today’s picture of the proceedings. . .

Wow, 4 days, sorry, don’t know where the time goes.
It’s 27 days for the autos and 18 days for the KOSH. The KOSH have yet to show sex but have outgrown the red cups, yikes, did not count on that. Fed them yesterday and the girls Sunday. NFTG Roman with some Foop sweetener, recharge, and Dr. Earth’s Metabolic Transformer. Next feed I’ll start the MagAmped and SLF-100. Overall I think I’m back on track, will do another slurry in a few days to be sure.

Happy belated Turkey Day.
Still no boys so I’m going to transplant I guess. They’re not happy currently and they have been growing so strong. Autos are good but still something not guide right. Checking pH and tds tomorrow.

Hey Now,
Didn’t get the chance to do a slurry on the girls. Finally found some NTFG #4 soil, bought a bunch, filled 6, 7 gallon felt pots, transplanted 2 to a pot. Wowsers, talk about root bound! Yikes I did not expect this vigorous growth. . . Here’s hoping for at least six girls.
Before.

After.

Rooty-Tooty, they spent too much time in those red cups.

Hardy specimens!

Hey Now,
Well, it seems this grow will be plagued with pH and maybe N toxicity. Not sure on the N but the pH has been a bear to manage. They look dark green, fans are canoeing or clawing whatever you want to call it. Grrr. Did a slurry and had 5.8, fed and added extra up. That did help the slurry today was 6.0. Getting there, I’m shooting for 6.3 pH. I did another flush tonight, trying to get a handle on the dark green. This is Happy Frog soil, it’s easier to find around here. It’s never been great but never treated me bad. But this is fresh outa the bag. I dunno, but I’m not happy.
KOSH, still no boys at 23 days. They are in the big pots now, hope they start to flourish. Pretty psyched for these to turn out well.

Hey Now,
Things are starting to look up. Most of the transplants look better now. The auto girls too although the triple is still a runt, shoulda pulled it but I wanted to see what happens. I will do another slurry in a day or two to see where the pH is. They are starting to flower now at day 33 so I want to feed them lots and lots. Still no boys showing yet at day 27.

Another day another update. Very bushy girls, did some pruning and fan removal. Added a light in between the two bigger ones.

Hey Now. Things seem to be looking up in there. Looking happy I think.

Hey Now,
Big feed last night. NFTG Roman, early flower. Added the usual, SLF-100, MagAmped, Foop, and recharge. And a little of BeneBrix I found in my stash of stuff, it’s basically simple sugars like fructose and glucose. It’s for feeding the soil ecosystem, NTFG has a similar product in Persephone’s Palate.
A lot of the NTFG is about feeding the soil. It’s not salt based, it’s calcium based. I bring this up because I have been struggling with what looks like N toxicity. I have stayed away from anything with N in it, like MagAmped, it took a while to find a Mg supplement with N in it etc, etc, etc.. It’s finally looking okay but it took 4 flushes and pH adjustments to get here. They look good but still to deep green with occasional clawing.
Kees Old School Haze plants are doing well. They outgrew their red cups; I did not expect that. They took the transplant well and are looking strong if a bit pale. If only I could conflate the two plants color somehow, I’d have the perfect green. . . oh well. They are at 30 days out and still now signs of sex. All girls?!?!! I can hope!
