ha ha red I do get some lucky finds its either from landlords finding a grow on there property or police raids the boss wont tell me the bastard there was also 20 ltrs of canna A +B that's being redistributed around a few local growers after all we do recycle ha ha and red if I did win the lottery I would have my own canna island some where nice and sunny and to be honest red I normally do as you say and water to run off before I refill the res I noticed by doing that my root ball was huge and don't forget my drip rings only pump out 300 ml a minute into a 20 ltr air pot oh red why do I do these things that make me think it hurts ha ha will probably start off as you said then erm wing it

no dude not that im aware I believe some have used 20 ltr air domes and autopots but thats self watering gravity and all that jazz

@redrobbo ive just bought the camera (the Christmas present off the kids) well why not splurge that's what credit cards are for ha ha

but I cant play with it till Christmas the wife wont let me but I might have to do a few test shots just to make sure it works honest just a test

I love my gizmos red and the wifes been on a few photography courses so she knows more about them than me im sure she will teach me if I ask nicely plus the last camera I bought was over 8 years ago so an upgrade was needed

So a bit of a pioneer really Wile,as they reckon bigger pots than 10 or 11 litres take too long to dry out.
So a bigger root system would be beneficial to quicker drying of medium to allow more oxygen in with the next watering.
I admire your sense of adventure mate,having a go with a 20l pot.Sending you some grow and hope all goes well

update time the girls have been on the drip since Saturday 2x a day for 1 minute each time and ive just upped the first feed to 2 minutes and they are being fed on 2 ml liquid silica,4 ml rhizotonic and 2 ml canna A+B (each) ive started to train them just taking it easy to start with pic time
