cheers red gonna start going through my gear tomorrow respool 2 of my reels and have a bit of a tidy out the place were we are going there is a chance of a big fish the dude who i go with has never caught a twenty lbs + carp and this place could be his chance and mine hopefully he has had a 19.9lb so close would love him to do it

Ive had a 19+ pike and i remember the anti climax feeling when i wieghed it,even tho i had 4x20+lbers under my belt.
I used to hate respooling with mono,i always got it twisted,even with the bucket of water trick.Braid is much better.imo.

i use braid on my spod and marker rods but its banned in most carp fisheries the fish fight that hard they twist up in the line or it catches a fin and that stuff will slice through anything brilliant for bite detection but not allowed

I thought i had seen that it was banned on the lakes you are going to on their website but wasnt sure.

confuses the fuck out of me also dude i mean how can you beat a big fat joint as the sun goes down over your chosen swim pure bliss and after this weekend i need it hats off to the wife how she puts up with all these mad hyper kids hopped up on sugar i will never no and a word of the wise if your a 42 year old dont do back flips on the kids inflatable castle gonna feel that tomorrow now just a quick update on the FE she has her own res now ive backed down on the grow nutes to just under a 1ml per litre but upped the big bud and overdrive to full strength (2 ml per litre each) and will keep an eye out for any adverse reactions theres plenty of room in the res if i need to water it down and she is getting more orange hairs everyday so might be on track for a diet this friday (before i go fishing) the other 3 plants are now on the same res all on bloom nutes still only 1/4 strength but 6 times a day and 1 ml per litre of big bud and in both reses full strength great white forgot to put up a couple of shots of all the girls so

and to top it all im on a 4 day week because its fish on friday ye ive had a few jim beams and several joints mmmm think i will have me some more take it easy peeps
