Mephisto Genetics White Crack + Sour Livers SIP LOS Grow

Super hairy flower. Looks tastey bud. Do u get more of an outdoor taste with ur growing style?

no..
u lose alot of terpines outdoors unless youre lucky enough to live in a very moderate climate imo..

:thanks:

not sure how to answer that question about indoor verses outdoor but I can say last year my buddy grew some outdoor organic monsters and they were good but not as tasty as my indoor girls - no compare but could of been just different strains!

White Crack 5 1/2 Weeks Old and Sour Livers at 6+ weeks - Sour Livers is stacking buds up and down, building into a well shaped plant ..... White Crack being younger and a longer strain she is just starting to flower - she is about t 1/2 way thru so the next 6 weeks should be very interesting as right now she wants a room if her own. and that will be coming shortly.

Hey buddy I’ve been doing my reading research but I haven’t seen it explained how u apply the rock dust to help em digest their grub so can u plz share that pointer with me??? Also how much rock dust in relation to the amount of food I’m giving them??
:thanks: mí amigo! Sure this lil things are hungry!!

Hey @TxRebel or Mark with Rock dust I just put sprinkle in with straw or whatever food I’m feeding them .... Figure it akin to a low salt diet .....

Worms, not sure but those look like earthworms or European Night Crawlers - what kind are they?

Do you have any kelp, alpha, or karagana or neem? If so, you can feed them a few sprinkles - put into soil and then lightly spray mist or better yet mix into some old straw or mower double ground and soaked leaves and then put squeezed leaf matter with grains and dust on one side and cover entire bin with soaked rag or soaked brown cardboard - don’t get too moist but soak and wring cloth or drain cardboard before applying - then cover entire bin with another bigger towel and / or lid .....

Again, what kind of worms do you have?

24K will be coming down this weekend - Her first harvested bud weighed 104 grams wet but has since dried to around 45 grams with more drying to go but getting closer - perhpas 30 grams or minimum 25 grams when down ...... she has two remaining buds that I suspect are equal or larger than first harvest ....... which gives estimated yield of 4 oz - that is just an estimate, we will know soon .....

24k at 10 weeks - harvesting one cola tomorrow and later this week she will go into a couple day dark period and then harvest.

Looks done to me broseph, nice work! She is gonna be a heavy buzz most likely. Not for the daytime, more for night time. 4oz is a good haul for 24 Carat. Nice work, but I never really understand wht people bother to weigh wet buds? You dont smoke wet buds, it only matters what they weigh once dried and fondling buds multiple times can be wasteful to trichomes. Plus 90% of the time there is a big ass stem that weighs more than you expect wet and makes it look like more weight than it really is. I dont like to speculate on weights and thats all weighing wet buds is a guesstimate. Peacex slow

Weighing a bud of this size gives you at least a hint of how dry it is in a few days and anyways I’m still a Rookie so that’s probably why and I suppose if you weigh enough wet at some point a correlation between wet and dry would be formed ........

Yes she looks cooked but still plenty of clear per wife and I’m looking at water usage, she is still drinking so perhaps a little more remaining .... I am chopping one bud in AM - no work remodel work tomorrow due to cold so I have time to devote ...... Sour Livers will soon be relocated in 24k spot,- hope that doesn’t flip her up .....

Mephisto has 24k at 60-90 grams so 4 oz would be above average bear, kinda proud considering she didn’t get much attention, maybe that’s the key?

Guess I’m glad I got that pic and sent it cuz thought they looked awfully small myself! I sent an email to the place cuz obv were supposed to be red wigglers and since the person that owns the place bought a weed brownie off me today hopefully if they gave me wrong kind they’ll make it right tomorrow! And I do have kelp so should I sprinkle that and lil rock dust over the straw I put damp into a 5gal bucket to start breaking down like u do with your straw in the bag?? And thanks for the help buddy!!
Oh anything in this I need to make sure NOT to feed them??

My veggie scraps got tossed so asked at Walmart and they gave me some old stuff that woulda went out to the dumpster to feed em for now! :thanks:

Looks good, resourceful btw, nice score .... be sure to cover any raw fruit or fruit flies and all kinds of pests will happen and it’s not that you can’t use those worms but what kind are they? They look like earthworms or European Crawlers which go deeper into the soil - in my original earthbox I had both reds and euros working .... mifht wanna consider making food bags by chopping up and putting variety in ziplocks and freeze - then pull and thaw, let them get started rotting and then feed to worms bag at a time .... add some rock dust and kelp and alpha (get at feed store) and feed worms - add leaf and straw matter as well as barnyard poop if toy can’t get .... harvest castings and worms and grow Flippin big plants, easy cause worms are the worlds best gardeners - just take care of the worms with variety and add in all these little things shown here in this chart.
