All I do is toss about twenty leaves into the blender and hit the on button for a couple of minutes to pregrind the leaves. It is best if you get the stems off of the leaves. Then I add any fruit. I have tried bananas, raspberries, blueberries, strawberriespeaches, pineapple, apple sauce and, apples, I also any frozen fruit like mangos and others. They all seem to work well. My personal favorites are strawberry and peach and mango and peach with peach and mango frozen yougurt but strawberry works well also. I then add some juice preferably the unsweetened kind. Pomagranite and berry is a favorite. By then the blender in half full. Hit the on button for a few minutes till it is all blended up. This makes two large glasses of smoothies one for me and one for my wife. You can take it from here on.
