You are correct, Light Mix for seedlings and All Mix for more mature plants. But you can use the Light Mix for the whole grow. Just keep in mind that it doesn't contain nutes so it will be up to you to feed everything that the plant needs. It's pretty likely that when doing the whole grow in Light Mix you will also need to supplement some cal/mag, so I'd suggest picking up a bottle of it as well.
