Mephisto Genetics Walter White, Organic Super Soil, 3.9G Autopot with Airdome

leaves may not be pretty but the buds looking pretty tasty
:pighug:

Thanks Archie!!!:toke:
My previous organic runs have had similar looking leaves, and the smoke is awesome. So I suspect I just costed myself some yield, not to worried about that either.

I’ve had plants look worse then that come out just fine. So your liking the mega crop too. I’ve been using for a couple days now and the girls seem to love it.

Yeah I'm really liking MC, so simple to use and the plants may look better than anything I've grown for 65+ days in. Turning into a believer.

Roasty,
Can I give you my humble opinion? With Organics it seems like the plants have a hard time making it to the finish. Airdomes speed up the plants need for food, which compounds issues. We both know with Organic growing that by the time issues arise, it is not going to fix itself. I think my MC plants are bigger than usual btw.

I will agree with that. Been feeding since day 42ish, she just don't want it. Ph swing got me good.
My MC plants look better at this age than any AN grow I've done. Pretty impressed with it so far.

Hey Roasty,
I have a bunch of Biotabs, how about I send you some to try in conjunction with your current Organic mix? I was think that maybe you do your normal mix and around day 30ish you drop a few tabs in to help with the second half of your cycle? Get the tabs in a week or Two before they get hungry? We know it's too late by the time they show symptoms. I have a bunch of gbd Super Soil too, but I rock Coco so organics have not worked out like salts. I will say the smells and taste from even the small Coco Organic plants is stellar. The buds usually turn out nice, but the leaves not so much.

I usually rock small pots and aim for quick turn arounds. However life has thrown me some curve balls lately and I have been using bigger pots because I am super busy. I'm not a fan of massive plants, and when I use 2gal or more my plants in Coco with salts get massive. When I tried Super Soil last time with Coco in 2 gal pots they ran out of steam halfway through. I am going to give Super Soil one more shot in Coco, in a 3 gal pot with Sour Crack Seeds. Sour Crack Is the fastest strain I have. So the Organic mix doesn't need to last as long as a 10-11 week Strain. My plant is to use Super Soil as Directed in 3 Gal pot and use 2-3 pices of PVC pipe to keep a few holes open to insert a Couple Biotabs around day 30. Insert tabs, remove PVC, cover the hole up and water as usual. I am hoping this will work? I also have Recharge, but I am hoping this Combo will work. The plants always looked perfect, til a little past halfway point with SS. Biotabs and Coco plants had similar results and get hungry around the same time. I will take a reduction in yield for nice Organic buds, if we can get the yields up and get them to finish nicer looking. I am used to certain standards.

BTW, I am curious...are you using RO water only for them and are you pHing your water?

Sounds like a good plan slow, unfortunately I have to break down after this grow for an unknown amount of time. But I'm really liking what your plan is, tag me in if you document that.

Yes RO water and yes ph at around 6.5

Chop, day 78. She's not really drinking much any more, so I decided to put her out of her misery. Here's what she looks like without all the necrotic leaves.

Nice grow and upcoming harvest of what looks to be some proper nice smoke, well played as always and look forward to see what goes under the green thumb next ;)

Nice frosty buds Roasty. Enjoy the Walter... I know you were very patiently waiting for the restock. Also, enjoy the hiatus. It’s all such fun ,but quite a lot of work . Hoping your guests get things sorted out quickly and you are back to gardening soon.

Nice structure revealed under that foliage, I bet that strain would do well under a SCROG net. Those buds certainly look yummy. Enjoy the smoke. :slap:

Spanglish my man, thank you! :toke:
Looks to be proper, all organic to boot. Was fairly leafy to trim, not as much bud as you'd think. I did fill up a half gallon mason jar, which is the most I've gotten from an all organic grow. I feel like it could have been more had I not effed her up. Deffo learned some things tho, next round will be better I am sure.

Thanks BCBudlady,:toke:
I really enjoy you following along.:bighug:
Yeah I was trying to get WW for a good while, so happy she came to fruition. Guests arrive tomorrow, still have 2 rather large plants to take down:face:, but guest's are cool and will help with it. Hoping for a quick turn around, and I'll not be without my growing fix for too long.

Hemi my man, thank you!!:toke:

I agree Hemi, had I had more space for her, she would have been a great scrog. I just can't resist variety, so I always end up overcrowding.
The buds do have a very nice spicy hazey smell, just got all jarred up last night. Had to put orange peel in the jar as I over dried it. Hope I didn't effe up the goods.

Slap much appreciated.:d5:
