Day 7

Only one has roots in the water but the one that does, they're 6" long already. All four are growing way faster than my Coco plants did!

I will wait for the 14 day mark before I do a res swap and increase nutrients. It certainly seems that running nutes from Day 1 hasn't lead to disaster like some info out there alludes to.

I believe that is for soil grows, assuming the soil has a little bit already in it, I think dwc, and coco actually, need to be fed from day 1, you are supplying everything the whole time

Yeah. There's so much conflicting information out there from people, and I have seen coco and hydro growers alike insist no nutes first 10-14 days. I have cant-leave-stuff-alone-itis so i figured I'd play around and see what works.

Taking trich pics is hard. Here are the pics from two of my plants - the slow one is still stretching and one is still obviously mostly clear trichs still but I am not sure about these other two. Let me know what yall think.

Definitely looks like several more days to maybe over a week.

I'd call those half clear, half cloudy from what I can see. Could maybe take them but if they were in my tent I'd give them a few days. Snip a sample if you wanna know for sure.

I cut a small bud off the bottom and dried it using 20% defrost in 40sec bursts. Maybe 4 min total flipping it every 40s. It didn't taste awful at all, not harsh but maybe not altogether cured bud tasty.

It made about half a bowl, and I am TOASTED. Normally takes me a half gram or more to even notice.

Probably needs another week or so.
