i think id corrupt you lol Nah your very similar to me just plodding on growing weed so ya don't have to buy fuck all also I've just been looking at a canna magic butter machine i was just thinking would it gather dust like my rosin press

Which press did you buy Tom?
I've been eyeing up the Rosin Bomb Rocket because it is small for little squishes, 5 grams dry material a press.
Lots of people like the Magic butter machine and there is a UK 240V version but making cannabutter is easy enough.
Like you say, will it just gather dust?
My latest gadget I dying to use is a Herbs Now weed dryer a pal on another forum has one as well and first try and it seems to do the job well.
He doesn't smoke due to lung issues and is getting a mate to smoke some of the bud, I'm waiting to here the result.

I looked in to Vacuum pumps, vacuum ovens and chambers but to much of a faff, vacuum pumps are loud and messy, due to the oil from the pumps exhaust.
Also BHO has it's hazards, rosin is so much safer and I'm not that bothered making shatter etc.
Have you made live rosin?
I'll get me a Rosin bomb at some point, just need to save my pennies, the lockdown has knackered my earnings, I'm still getting a trickle of work but it just covers expenses, especially as I have not grown for 9 months and have been buying weed.
To have a harvest in the next couple of months will be awesome.
Things will get back to normal and all will be well again.
We are on opposite sides of the country, i did have mates out your way but they moved to the SW, same town as me so I get to see them more often now!
Must to stop gabbing, I have lights to hang!

Best bit of kit I have splashed out on is the Ardent Nova.....makes decarb easy and faultless...bit pricey but worth it.

I must have signed up, as I keep getting emails from Ardent, I haven't got time or money right now lol!

I just delete them but now your saying that it is good gear, I might read the next one.

To hear more about your thoughts on it will be good.

My Herbs Now dryer ended up costing a fair whack as import duties, VAT and having to buy a transformer raised the price significantly to around £300

Gadgets are all well and good as long as you get good use from them and they do the job they are supposed to do.

When you do find something that suddenly makes life better that's when you get that massive grin and think, if only I had this years ago.

.....the import duties whacked up the price for me too....but when I weighed it against the price of the weed I could waste in an unregulated oven, it was a no brainer really, tbh it was more for my missus and she absolutely loves it, the silicone infusion sleeve is a good addition, makes infusion easy as dude....but, do your own research bro, cause like you said, the import fees don't make it cheap but at least they do a 240v version.

Will do bro!! It might be a bit dangerous for me to want even more goodies, if only the pound was stronger against the dollar and the lockdown would bugger of so I can get back to working more.!

I seriously thought about it Tom and what I saw was, something which melts butter and stirs it. Of course it is a bit more than that but not a lot more.
A pan of water, add butter, add weed,stir, strain and cool, ok it is a little bit of work but simple enough.
I make cannabutter with my AVB and with trim, I have a mate who's lungs can't take smoking anymore, so I gift him it and he makes cookies.
Same mate who moved down from the flatlands.
If money was no object and I had more space, I'd have one but it probably would gather dust!
