Getting close as i don't see any white pistils anymore, scope shows 95% cloudy 5% clear. I'll let her go until she degrades, she is drinking slowly now but decently enough to notice. 900-1000 ppm@6.0ph mega crop, bud explosion, bud candy. I'll dial it in better next grow and continue to use tap water and see if i can not N tox my plant next try 1 good thing about tap water... no need for cal/mag

4WS went on 12s just now, 8/27. Or 8/28 if that's how you roll. Because she's not that large due to the cold nights, I didn't top her. Instead I bent over her main and bent the secondaries for an even canopy.

One week from flip and she's bustin'! (compare with the picture in the message I'm replying to). I'm very pleased with how she took off. No nanners, and where the boy parts were on her brother in the crotch of a branch, there's one tiny budlet with a single white hair coming out. So sexual status is confirmed.

I did a bit of leaf tucking and removed a couple of colas that were on the bottom of the branches, but that's about it. A very healthy and vigorous plant in spite of the cold weather she was in and the poor soil I started her in.

I did a stem rub and the smell is very pleasant, but I couldn't really place it.

She's in there with two other plants (a chick magnet/black widow cross) that I was planning to breed - one is covered with male flowers. I have to figure out what to do with the male... Hopefully the other plants will go into bloom first and I can remove the male before the 4-way-skunk gets a chance to get pollinated. I think I could live with a few scattered seeds if she only takes her time to start flowering.

Edit: I removed the male and his mate. Plant counts and I had to take one grow closet down so volunteers go first.

Day 77 Skunk auto

After 2 days in the dark she is chopped and hanging up now, i was going to wet trim but i hate it so i didn't do it.

She had a very thick stalk had to use my loppers and when i lifted her she was very heavy for being a short shrub, i think she may be a 200g+ plant just dense and short.

Summary: This was my first official grow and show as part of the cultivators club and I learned not to devote 7 plants to unknown genetics. The plants showed a nice vigor, but really lack in terpenes and trichomes. Not a varietal I would recommend or look to run again. The kind of weed you don’t show off to your buddies, but giveaway free to your brother with a prewarning to buy blunt wraps as it’s not that good. The plants showed low/no resistance to powdery mildew and bud rot(not recommended for outdoors or greenhouse). Could be my growing style but the girth during growing didn’t amount to density when dried, and significant shrinkage happened. The lack of smell has to be the biggest disappointment though, weak overall and what little smell is there is unrecognizable in an undesirable way. This was consistent throughout the grow and drying. My lack of desire to smoke this stuff should enable it plenty of time to cure

Well i was off by 2 days on dry time, sorry about my last post, after 2 more days that 54g bud lost 22g in moisture so sorry about that.

This is the REAL DEAL now, my meter in the jars say all buds are 60-63%, i like my buds 55% but my mom and family members i give buds to like it 60-65% so i give them what they want and just dry my stuff out more later.

I ended up with a total of 302.7g and i used a 300W light so i broke even

255.4g of BIG GIANT BUDS i didn't have the heart to break them up, i know i know... i need to get over big bud love but i CAN'T lol
47.3g of trim

The smell is amazingly GOOD i'm sorry i complained about no smell during the grow but now!!!! she is smelling soooo good mix of motor oil and sour gas and super sticky buds... i went through 2 sets of gloves trimming this plant and she was a pleasure to trim.. no 100s of leafs everywhere just giant buds and some sugar leafs, easy peasy :smoking:

This Skunk auto cross smells and looks really good, i would say 8.5/10 i love the huge buds and no smell during the grow means easier to hide growing it and maybe cheaper if not using a filter but you will need a filter for drying the plant!

I'll return in a week with my smoke report and my final review!!!

Thank you @Trickcomanche for trusting us with your genetics and i hope i did an okay job minus my N tox that didn't seem to bother the plant that much. i will grow some more at a later time and post my grow here when i do decide to grow another. shutting down the 2.3x2.3 tent for the winter and will return with a skunk auto maybe in the spring! cheers!

less than a gram of kief but i didn't "wash" it over the screen just normal trim and remove

You might have noticed I haven't posted in a couple of weeks.

100% of my 100% legal grow was taken from me by some authoritarian figures. That includes the plants I've been logging in this thread. Until certain related things have been resolved, I'm not growing anything fun. Which sucks, because it was an important part of my daily routine and provided much-needed stress management. I'm just talking about the growing part.

I'm really sorry for the waste of resources having to send out seeds and wait for me to grow them.

I almost closed my AFN account and couldn't bring myself to do that. But I won't be posting (or posting much) until this is all resolved.
