Live Stoner Chat Uptown Newbie Week 1 Autos So Far So Good??

While were at it:smokeout: Any thoughts on whats causing the random yellowish brown spots that are appearing out of no where?
Need pictures in white 5000K light. Don't just start throwing nutrients at it until we see some better pictures. Post them full size not thumbnails. RH is often a culprit when deficiencies are noted. If RH goes below 40% or above 60% the stomata close and less water and therefore nutrients are transported into the plant even if they are available in the root zone. I just made your pictures full and that looks maybe like a bug problem. You need to get a magnifier and look under the leaves for mites.

Leave it alone it will recover. I keep paraffin grafting tape handy for such mishaps as it works well to help the branch heal. If it gets crispy you will know it did not heal but even a tiny bit of moisture will let it heal.
Awsome advice thank you so much for the reply. Looks like just the fan leaves wont pull through. Surprisingly enough, the bud sights look good aswell as what will be the main cola. Fingers Crossed

So i looked under the leaves with my magnifying glass and didnt see anything.... Next watering is Sunday. Would 5ml of Calmag be to high of a dose to start out with??

ScreenHunter_202 Aug. 11 17.06.jpg Glad it is not bugs! I still cannot see the plants problems very well but the little spots all over the leaves in the second picture from the first post do look like a Calcium deficiency but I see something else in the newest picture that looks more like Potassium deficiency?

So what locks up both?

Too much Mg but that is unlikely. It does not look like anything else locks both unless it is PH or you simply are not feeding enough. Most new growers overfeed. Do you have a PH probe? It would be beneficial to know the PH in the root zone.

5ml of Cal-Mag per ltr, gal. per plant? It does not mean anything until you relate it to what you are feeding now. If you are feeding @ 500PPM increase Cal-Mag 10% or 50PPM. 10% is a good place to start.

Sorry. I should have given a bit more info. I'm going to attach a better pic aswell. In reguards to feeding, Im not using any nutes. Just Wal-Mart distilled water and FFOF. Just last week, I added 3 more inches of fresh soil to top feed. Outside of that I haven't added anything else. Tested thee soil's Ph All and it was in the middle of the 6 and the seven leaning more to the seven.
