Hello Tenakey: The doctors are going to want to know: Outcome PH is around 6. 9 PH. You are talking about your run-off or feeding PH. And tap water at 7.7 PH. Right--prior to adjusting PH. Also, what is the quality of the tap water you are using. I just want to assist you before any confusion begins to arise. You are using a comma and not a decimal point. I can at least answer the water question. The standard is 24 hours to let the chloride (chlorine) dissipate.
