Removing bags for a couple of hours to harden off clones. They are one week old

I checked the clones and none of them have rooted yet. It’s been one week, they are standing up and starting to yellow. I keep them misted. Not sure if they will make it or not.

I’m thinking I over scraped the stem and over watered the medium. I was trying to hold off on getting Rockwool cubes/ jiffy cubes and a tray and a heating mat but that might be needed to clone further strains.

Ordered some “proper” clone equipment, the next grow master kush I hear clones well. Will try again with a new strain. Will also keep trying to root these clones. They will either die or root.

Made a lot of mistakes in this attempt to clone but learned a lot. 2 of the 4 got thrown out.(one stem looked like it rotten the other was just way to small) The two that I still have appear to have small root starting to pop out. Left them uncovered all day and they seemed fine. Got them a few inches closer to cfl now.

Clones did not make it. Checked the roots and whatever nats that are in my coco larva was eating the clones. Gave her a squeeze and 3 of them popped out of the stem.:cuss:

Cleaned up the bottom growth that started to come back. Decided to put them in water and see if anything would root in just the water while I wait for the cloning dome etc..( it was going to be trash otherwise so why not try)I have clonex but wasn’t sure if I should dip them if I was going to let them sit in just water for now instead of a medium.

Supper cropped the canopy, for future reference some strains smell a lot after and this is one of them.

The stretch is continuing nice full canopy. The 3 cuttings in water are looking healthy. Will add some Great white tomorrow to help stimulate rooting
