Acapulco is a new flavor to me, being from across the pond. I did want to grow it for that nostalgia reason to see what every one was talking about... my circle loved it and got what the fuss was all about... nothing like our brick weed, i think our brick weed came mostly from Thailand.. I think and God knows what strain it was.

Right on Thai weed over here or Thai stick when it came back in the day it was in a brick as well the last time I had any real Thai stick was like 1986 and wow it was very very good but I haven't seen that around here in many years many many many years too many but yeah most of our imported weed came from Mexico way South America so we didn't get a lot of the Asian weed over here when we did it was real rare very expensive. I remember back in the day we first started seeing sinsemilia weed and it came in the form of Afghan Afghani never heard of the Kush until probably the last 10 years or so we never seen Columbia Gold or Acapulco Gold Brown Mexican any of those without seeds in them back in the day when.
Cheeks and Chong come out with that song( no sticks No Seeds Acapulco Gold is badass weed) I was like there's always seeds in our weed sticks and stones freaking mold you can handle it was in there spiders can scorpions break down a damn brick you never know what the hell you'r going to find a finger body part or something [emoji35][emoji46][emoji41] LOL

Me too! Destroyer was always a near mythical strain, I used to read about it in Red Eye magazine, and weed word. When I saw that Cannabiogen had used their Destroyer to make an Auto, I had to indulge. I'll be dropping some in a month or 2, i'll tag you when I start

Oh shit!! I didnt realize that the destroyer was in auto form!! Yes PLEASE do tag me for that one!! Ive been patiently waiting for a chance to set up a real indoor grow and Defran is at the top of the list to try!!

It's crossed with Paki chitral kush, so it's a double wammy of old skool beauty. Cannabiogen have some stunning landrace strains

@Growtogrow Loved the Afghan Kush, I think my photo of my grow is still knocking about on their website. That was knock out gear
All right on The Afghan Kush is out of this world that I grew last year outside from World of seeds that's about as close to the real thing as I think anybody can get anymore because according what the says the breeder they go right to the country grab seeds and then come back and make them happen but yeah I got people around here too they love Afghan Kush in fact it's an old funny saying when they come by and say they're ready to go to Afghanistan LOL but outside I had to cut off a lot of it because it was on the south end of my garden that got shaded a lot and it got mold that powdery damn mildew on the bottom side of it and on the westside of it so I had to put like a lot of it on the ground and harvest it early just to save what I could save of it but it still came out good and I still got over a pound but if I'd have been able to save it all I probably would have been pretty close to a 3-pound as well cuz that shit's heavy.

My first auto grow was a Nirvana Blueberry Kush. After cure you open the jar and you don't even have to tell anyone what it is. Smooth smoke with that earthy blueberry smell. By far my favorite plant so far.

Really keep telling my self I need to get an citrus and pineapple going just never get to it.

I do have a seedstockers Blackberry Gum that I am really excited to get dropped.
I grew that too, forgot about that. :face:
:slap:
I think that was when me and you first crossed paths, I was finishing one, you were starting one, my journal is on here somewhere. I'm with you on the smell, deep berry scent, not a hint of anything else, just berry goodness
