To be fair they only got a 11% payrise this year which seems fair after totally fucking up the covid response. I've not had 11% total since I started my job 20 years ago. It should be linked to fire police and ambulance/nhs pay rises.
I've got both rads back on... Been really hard as been away working and haven't been able to make adjustments... The joys of hiding my 4x8 in a prefab concrete lock up with a tin roof surrounded by fields... Lol. Freezing in winter... Hot as a nun in a puffer jacket in summerI could really do with this cold front doing one.... I've had to hook up an oil rad to supply some extra needed heat. I'm able to hold 26C now, when outdoor temps are hitting 1C. If it really snows, I'll be the only out building in my street free of the white stuff

The environment has been all over the show in the lock up.. I think they are coping pretty well considering the temp fluctuations.
