So we're off again and the news on the two girls I was waiting for. One was just lifeless (7days in) and the other had a small tap, that looked like it might do something, planted last Thursday. I fished that one out and she's sat on the far right just to see what she does if anything. I lightly plugged the holes with a tiny corner pulled off the cubes edge. :smoking:

30º might be slightly too hot? You could raise the tub up an inch above the mat to cool it slightly. Just a thought.

I folded a towel over twice and placed under the tub about 20mins after I took the photo yesterday, you're right it was getting hot @hope2grow did warn me :smoking:

Thanks fuck for that. I find it the most stressful time of a grow! I've tried many different ways, my least sucessful is straight in soil as I think I get the moisture wrong. I'm a paper towel guy now and ideally I want the tail a couple of cm. Whatever works for you, stick with it!

Yes I ordered from the uk shop on last Saturdays drop

i heard they hit their order limit within 20 minutes and shut shop !

Just to follow up from last weeks post here: the grow has had it, the root rot that caused the damage was starting to be kept at bay but the power outage I had had just ruined the fucking lot, gotta start again now.

on a different note, I was talking to a fella in the grow shop earlier and he told me that he’s seen people grow a single photo in a 75l fabric pot. And get 60+ ounces off it. He’s a lovely bloke but I’m calling bullshit on this. You need 1600 watts of light just to get anywhere close on the gram to watt scale.

however this has got me thinking..... how much could you pull on a single plant in a 75 litre pot under 600watts? Really tempted to try this
