Sorry to hear about you getting covid 19, the way things are at the moment it's making UK growing that bit easier, not as many ppl about and if you do some how get caught with a grow then there's a perfect excuse,

Any advice on ducting?
Thinking of moving my tent into my laundry room from the outside store room as I am warming the room up it would be nice for the dog in winter at night and also the dehumidifier for the laundry.

Hear some ducting can be very noisy...

Get some acoustic ducting. IT's more expensive, but works nicely!
I only get a very low whoooooosh noise. Barely noticeable.
