The PP I had didn't need much of anything, long main cola long spread out satelite branches. Same for the Mango.

I have a place that's kinda close, but I get just the soil there. Usually I order directly from OCG. Seems they always have a deal going.
And the over 100 free shipping... I try and run out of stuff together!

Ya I saw the free shipping but says over $150 now! Shouldn’t be hard tho! I just need another of base 6 for now til I have them down! They did have 20% off code for OCG too so need to check it out again!

I wanna try their soil too but seems ungodly expensive just in shipping cost! Or 1.5cu yard bag is like $50+ off amazon and no telling how long it’s been stored or where!

Look at a local nursery for sunshine #4. Pretty common nationwide. Scott says it's the same as their #4 blend.

I get it for 15$ a bag, but... 45 miles one way. Still way better than I can find online. I try and have 2 runs of soil already on hand so I don't have to go as much. If I had the room I'd just buy a pallet.

I’ll have to do google search cuz I live in a gulch when it comes to hydro stores! Only 1 nearby and 2nd that comes up on map is like 80 miles 1 way and isn’t any better than 1 near me! Remo nutes said they have a Tx distributor so to check if I wanted sample and it’s in Houston in South Tx and I’m 6hrs away in Ft Worth! Less than an hr south of Ok border! Guy at store by me said he has people that drive down for soil but not sure I believe that! He hadn’t heard of distributor for NFTG stuff and used to carry soils til he started making his own! It’s good and is living organic (supposedly) but only has 1 size but several blends! Paid $30 with tax for last bag and prob shoulda got cheap stuff to mix it with but went 100% the primo stuff! This is the ingredients of their pumpkin blend I am using on the small 2 now!

Seems basically like most lists I see for recipes for diy super soils except for the cooking process not sure about! Running microbes seems like my plants get burnt tops from over feeding cuz soil stays buffered and always chasing the ppm count so usually giving over 100% to try! Just said screw it on last feed of lil ones and I cut back to 100% and not gonna go over unless I see a def of some kind I need to address! Should make the nutes last longer for sure! Hope to see nice green new growth without the crispies! Also soil being as expensive as it was def gonna flush + run microbes and then bin it and save it for 30 days or so! Use next time around!
