Germination
Day 1 - Strawberry Biscotti Auto, Strawberries n Funk, CaliBubba Auto F2, Chic-lit F5 Auto

Soaked in tap water with a pinch of tm-7 and splash of h202 for 3 days, each seed had 2 inch long tails and then i planted in 5 gallon autopots in my 2x4 tent until my 4x4 tent finishes up. I'm using the yellow organic cube of promix from walmart for $12 which seems to work great for me and WAY cheaper than coco and i'll be feeding the plants 1 part megacrop.

It’s possible then we are talking about two different things.

Pro-Mix Organic is the yellow cube now.

This is the one I am talking about.
We are talking about the same stuff unfortunately. I never have had any issue starting seeds off in it and it acts just like coco for me, only difference i see in the yellow bag (organics) and the red cube (moisture potting mix) is the yellow cube sometimes has more gnats than the red but i bottom feed my plants so they all die within a week or 2. Seed to harvest in this stuff has been a blessing for me on price and ease of access being at walmart.

Well,

It’s good to hear it’s working for you. Not sure why it didn’t work for me.
I use it now, but only as part of the living soil. I don’t use any chemicals when I grow. Only dry amendments, worm castings, Mychorrizea, and some teas at the end.

Good luck 👍

I also used it for my living soil when i went that route last year (or year before) and tried it out, worked out pretty good but i found my current style was more for me.

Maybe it was the strain you tried in it, i had 1 problem strain that didn't wanted to grow in it (fastbuds crystal meth auto) all 3 seeds were the never grow type, i even tried a different media and still had bad luck so sometimes it is the genetics and how touchy they are.

Day 20, no preflowers yet but I can see some developing.

Been leaf tucking the front Calibubba and leaving the back one alone, here they are from an overhead view.

The rear Calibubba had a little N toxicity from earlier but once I stopped the feed and pushed RO only this plant and the afflicted Chiclit rebounded on new growth

I ran out of space to attach pics to this post so you’ll have to imagine the last pistil shots on the latter strawberry biscotti
