We're definitely working on some lightning speed varieties. The problem is it's hard to get plants much below 75 days without sacrificing yield. Currently our Triks might be the best of both worlds. (fast and big)
Finding a balance and pleasing a wide variety of growers must be hard mate... I'm not a yield hound so quality of smoke, taste and potency are my top priority.. But others want huge yields... I like to be busy in the tent with lots going on so keeping the stinky conveyer belt rolling makes me happy lol

Great feedback mate. Thanks for keeping that conveyor belt of stank rolling!!

I’m using fabric pots for first time I’m not as happy as I am with air pots I find these get wet at the bottom for longer but got to try new things or we don’t learn.

True that.. It makes it all a bit more interesting when you try a new product and techniques....
I hate fabric pots, I love airpots though I think they are great for liquid nutes as it doesn't take long to dry out but I mainly top dress and only liquid feed beneficials etc so I find they dry out too quickly for organics, as your trying to keep all the micro life alive.
Tell ya what though, I'm dying to get my mits on some of those rain science pots, I've seen some great grows in them, and you can get funky colours lol... I'm like a fat magpie :crying: :d5:

Haven't posted the one gal trizkit baby in a while. Still kicking but I couldn't ever get her back to full health after extreme under watering and under feeding for a week or two.

Never had one grow this big in a 1 gal. Pretty much turned into a Coco grow. Alternating between compost tea, recharge, and a random selection of NFTG bottles getting some great bud production but about 90% less trich production compared to the big gals. It's been bouncing between good smells and no smells. No dirt or hay smells fortunately. So it's not a complete lose. Had extra room in the soil tent so nothing to complain about. Just user error. Lol.

Hey All,
I'd like to gear up for another Grow and Show at some point soon. We have a variety that has been very lightly circulated earlier to @Waira and @RustyStarbuck72. We sent them out under the name "Purple Strawberry Biscotti" then we decided to change the name to Bisquik, but considering they are not all that "quick" we may change the name yet again... We are working through the generations and hope to get them down to our goal of 65-75 days but it may take a few generations. Regardless, the results from the last in-house run was literally off the charts in flavor, bag appeal and potency. We did a medium R&D run of about 50 plants. We whittled the winners down to 7 and then did a smoke test on them after they were dried. We ended up with three winners. I'd love to get a seasoned group to run some beans of the winning phenotyopes to parallel our next R&D run in a few weeks. We don't have a ton of beans because they are specifically from 3 individual phenotypes. It would be cool to send out three beans to each grower and let them run a side by side of them...
I also wanted to send a sincere "thank you" to all of the kind folks and badass growers who have participated in the last few grow and shows. You guys really provide an excellent service to the community and I am legitimately shocked at the level of expertise in this community. Thanks again everyone!

The thing I love about you guys apart from banging genetics, is the fact that you are genuinely here to develop Autoflowers as opposed to throwing seeds out to increase sales. We are many miles apart geographically but right next to each other working together on AFN.. Its how it should be :pighug:
