Indoor Trip's Perpetual LED Coco Grow

The switching to every other day is to get a bit of root stretch. Mind you, I don't get run off at the liter stage. I hope this all makes sense.
ok thanks thats pretty detailed and pretty much exactly what i wanted to know!:thanks:... now by what i understand to get coco results and not soil results treat coco like hydro and keep the coco moist correct? im close to my plants all the time so i was thinking i could do like 2 250ml feedings instead of a single 500ml correct? and this coco holds so much water the pot isnt getting too light like i did with my soil grows am i doing this correct with the coco not getting dry but remaining moist/wet at all times?

here she is now. i took off her first node branches yesterday and took the 2nd one's before this pic... i wont snip anymore off from now on... what volumes of water would you reccomend to feed her per feeding and how many per day? i THINK i have her feeds where they need to be at.. does she look good to you?

Trip can I ask why you Took the lower branches off bro
i did it on my AK and Blue treacle in my last grow and it focused all the energy into the branches that are actually gonna produce the bigger buds. i was very skeptical about this when i did it whch is why i only did it to 2 of them as they were my least "favorite" strains out of the 4 i was/am growing. i didnt want to "ruin" my fastbuds but hey hindsight is 20/20 my friend... the thing is i dont remember when i did it. im thinking after they showed sex but i figured if i clipped them earlier it would be less of a shock to the plant because its not losing as large of a branch.

I see your thinking there. I would be hesitant cause of how small they are. Top down pic I didn't even notice. In my scrog tables I have some of the first branches produce the best buds. But that's in a table. And they stay short anyway. Very interested in how this turns out.
I mean I do trim out the weak ones, just not before preflower. Well okay I am waiting til then this time.

In my view, feeding mor often increases oxygen and fresh nutes to the coco like in hydro. That said, make sure your using less ppm. Unused nutes will build up if your not feeding enough to get some runoff. I go for the pot/container to feel heavy. Sometimes I let it go a day before feeding to get the roots moving along, through out the whole grow, and so I can gauge by feel how much they are taking in or is being evaporated off. The key to coco, is less is more. Either way you feed. Heavy 1 time or mini multiples. I've had to flush for weeks to get most the nutes out from going to heavy. Even then I'm not sure I did all the way.
Uh, I think that covers ya.

You will be feeding up to 1 liter twice a day in a 3 gl pot. To get some good runoff when they are really putting on the weight. If that's not enough for runoff top them off. Back off if too much. No body likes messes or nutes all over the floor.
In heavy pith coco, you may need to feed a bit less. You ll just have to play with it. Lmao.
When my plants are that age I'd give them 1 liter every other day. Then when they agt bigger try every day. See what happens.
Just my thoughts and opinions. Hope the data is helpful.

Also, coco breathes well so there should be plenty of oxygen feeding once or many times.

Ah I see bro those very first spindley branches that dont get any light when the plant matures so it focuses it's energy on better bud sites
