also doin sublingual b-12 starting yesterday... that made the finl "click" difference for sure with the mag!

A second day of painting yesterday...slight muscle soreness today but no joint ache, grinding or impingement..
Happy days.. My wife showed some sensitivity to the spray so I have made a batch of lower concentration for her to try...

After the sensitivity on my neck I have been using the spray on my shoulders/back arms and legs.

I haven't experienced an Energy Up like jm..but I am getting very definitive Results.

It is so good at getting rid of the spasming I Feel it wear off.

I have had no deep spasming since I started using it...and it is when the muscles spasm that I get the most pain..so pain Volume has dropped...:D:

One of the ways I had it explained was..calcium is the Tightening mineral..magnesium is the relaxing mineral..seems to be Working for me.

that made the finl "click" difference for sure with the mag!

jm...the Homework says the Click with Mag is the baking soda..apparently they work much better together..

While calcium affects muscle contractions, magnesium balances that
effect and relaxes muscles. Calcium tightens the muscles; magnesium relaxes the
muscles. With insufficient magnesium the muscles stay tense and through the
years may cause a cramp in the muscle. This could happen when you have too much
calcium or too little magnesium. Too much calcium causes the heart to go into a
spasm and it can’t relax. This is a heart attack. Get some magnesium into the
body and the heart will slowly start returning to normal unless major damage has
already been done. Add iodine and selenium and we have the makings of an ideal
formula to support recovery and possibly even minor tissue
regeneration

Sounds right to me.."smile"
