The Retail Mag Chloride is a 37% dilution..this gives me a mag Sting/rash on my neck..so maybe try a little Weaker dilution from the start..then increase as the skin gets used to it

I picked up some 300 ml spray bottles so I'll add a teaspoon at a time and see how it goes..
Buying pre mixed solution is very expensive in comparison.. Almost 17 euro for 100 ml... Spritz..spritz...

That is Exactly what me and jm were saying Duggy.

When we looked up the How To make mag Oil..it was simply adding water to it.
There is a How To in the Mag facts section.

Try adding a 5th of the spray bottle with crystals..then top up with water...:tiphat:

I got told expect a prickling sensation when applying it at first.
I had a Sting on my neck..and I developed a rash..as soon as I stopped it on the sensitive skin..I've had no more bother.

I apply it daily on my arms and legs..and hubby is doing my shoulders for me.

It does say you can spray it under your arms and it will work as an effective deodorant..which it does...

But...S..don't try that after you have shaved under your arms..... ...or you will be chewing the ceiling tiles....:coffee break:...boy does it Hurt...

I Can feel a difference in the spasming..if I don't spray I can actually feel my muscles in my neck and shoulders spasming up..

Dragons work on the spasming..but nothing I have had on prescription works as well as the Mag spray.

It seems that higher than normal blood levels of calcium cause the body to excrete the excess calcium, which in turn triggers a loss of magnesium

Oh crap. I consume a ton of milk products. That has to be a big part of my problem.

Ah late..I don't have the exact homework on me..but..one of me homeworks was saying if you eat a lot of dairy you should have been taking extra magnesium to counteract it..:High 5:

The kilo bag will make a few litres of solution...good value..started with 10% solution..no issue...will up concentration to 20%. Painting ceilings tomorrow which normally annihilates my shoulders so should be a good test.. Will provide 2 friends with spray bottles tomorrow and get some feedback...:smokebuds:

glad i found this thread ,over the years ive often used mg in a bath and knew about making pastes from mg for sprains and bruises but after reading the stuff aunty mossy posted up well ..ive just ordered a tub off amazon for 7 quid ..thanks everyone for joggin my memory as to why i feel like poo

Auto.. This one is made as a fertiliser and is not for human consumption..
I'd rather not absorb this into my bloodstream. It would be more likely to cause irritation...
