Transdermal Magnesium Guinea-pig thread.

ok cheers. like this thread - its very interesting. If I can do anything to relieve my pain - which is basically caused from a lifted bone trapping a nerve and seizing up my muscles - I will try anything. :peace:

make sure you havent eaten r drank anything in at least a half hour for the tongue / saliva ph... otherwise you might be measuring what you just ate / drankl

hint: if you daink soda expect a 3.5 ph or below!!!

wow nixx! I just talked to my chiro yesterday.. and she had surgery for same thing.. she was describing all the symptoms... horrible... hopefully we can help you balance your ph..

:checkph:

Nixx..check your half-moons on your nails..if you are missing some the chances are your PH is out and mag too.

My Problem is nerve damage and it is the lack of oxygen that prevents them healing properly thus giving all the pain.

PH balancing restores the oxygen levels in the blood.

If you want to Test the effect without a PH meter..simply try taking 1 TEAspoon of baking soda dissolved in water spread over 3 doses in a day.
4 days and you should Feel a difference...Honestly..:wiz:..it is So Simple and cheap people don't believe it will work that Fast..but it does.

If you read stylez PH info thread you will See a massive difference in two weeks with his Energy levels peaking and his pain scores going way down..

yep... :smokeit:
and I'll bet anything the reason you're having problems is ph out of whack... and possibly nutrition / biology deficincies.. :smokebuds:

Oxyhemoglobin

Oxyhemoglobin is formed during physiological respiration when oxygen binds to the heme component of the protein hemoglobin in red blood cells. This process occurs in the pulmonary capillaries adjacent to the alveoli of the lungs. The oxygen then travels through the blood stream to be dropped off at cells where it is utilized as a terminal electron acceptor in the production of ATP by the process of oxidative phosphorylation. It does not, however, help to counteract a decrease in blood pH. Ventilation, or breathing, may reverse this condition by removal of carbon dioxide, thus causing a shift up in pH.[34]
Hemoglobin exists in two forms, a taut (tense) form (T) and a relaxed form (R). Various factors such as low pH, high CO2 and high 2,3 BPG at the level of the tissues favor the taut form, which has low oxygen affinity and releases oxygen in the tissues. Conversely, a high pH, low CO2, or low 2,3 BPG favors the relaxed form which can better bind oxygen.[35] The partial pressure of the system also affects O2 affinity where, at high partial pressures of oxygen (such as those present in the alveoli), the relaxed (high affinity, R) state is favoured. Inversely, at low partial pressures (such as those present in respiring tissues), the (low affinity, T) tense state is favoured.[36] Additionally, the binding of oxygen to the Iron-II heme pulls the iron into the plane of the porphryn ring, causing a slight conformational shift. The shift encourages oxygen to bind to the three remaining hemes within hemoglobin (thus, oxygen binding is cooperative).

Yesterday I went to make a refill for one of my mag sprays.
I put approx. 30% mag chloride flakes to 70% warm water.

I put my hand in to see if the flakes had dissolved..and guess what..almost Instant relaxation on the Bad hand....MUCH Stronger effect than the spray only.

So..I mixed a foot wash dose..125 ml's in water and stuck my hand in it..Brilliant..I could feel most of the tight muscles just soften up..:wiz:

Then I re-warmed the water..and stuck my bad elbow in...

Then I re-warmed the water..and stuck my feet in a bowl..

Then I watered the mix down with cold water...and tipped it on me Plants.....:coffee break:...might as well get my moneys worth...........................huh...?

I was daft..coz afterwards I realised..I could have soaked my hand/arm and simply bottle the mix to re-warm and re-use...:tiphat:..but after me feet have been in it is for plant feed only....

Within 20 minutes of soaking me hand I got the 100 yard toilet dash...now that is when you Know you have a good healthy dose of magnesium.

I Don't get that effect from the spray...Also..with the mag SOAK..I didn't get any of the mag sting/prickles.

I don't know if that is down to a Strength difference or not..but the fact I got the Trots after the Soak I would Assume it has a higher dose.

Wish I had a bath so I could try a full immersion...:wiz:
