Transdermal Magnesium Guinea-pig thread.

Root..on EoF's 3rd video down..when it ended I saw DrSircus's face..so I listened to this one.

It is 14 minutes long...but if you Listen it tells you a bit about Doseage..and how we Need a lot more than the RDA..(recommended daily allowance)..

Worth a Listen IMO...

Back soon

Thanks Aunty,
Very interesting read. Not sure I buy all the "colloids of life" stuff but really illustrates the importance of mineral balance and pH. As a farmer I know that if you take crops off the land year after year
and only fertilize with NPK, sooner or later the amounts of other minerals in the soil have to suffer. Low soil pH makes it even more difficult for plants to absorb what soil minerals are left. I have seen first hand how plant growth improves dramatically just by improving the soil pH (also nutrition quality as documented by forage tests).

You don't have to Understand or Believe it all to See it Work.......

I have seen this first hand with how much better my wife's SAD is this winter compared to previous years since her pH is up.

I've had about 8 years homework on it and I still don't know it all..BUT..I've never Met your Wife either..:tiphat:..and between us with these Simple measures we have Alleviated her SAD.
Which is what I said it would Do..

If she Stops the treatment and her PH drops the SAD Symptoms will Return..with a Bang..

Ask Duggy..he gave himself a Treatment Break a few weeks ago..to Reaffirm his Faith..and it Did.....so he is back on the Program.

IT WORKS..Simple as that.."Izzy wizzy"

Next time you run a few plants..run one @ 1 PH point Below optimum..Watch what Happens to it...

No question in my mind that a positive pH and magnesium make a huge difference in how we both feel and my thanks to you for getting us on the right track!

On another note we are so happy with how well the magnesium rub works that we made I am getting ready to make another batch. I found a company that sells linalool so the next batch I plan to add vetiver, bergamot, and linalool (no canna this time) and see how it compares. We find that adding the magnesium to coconut oil seems to make its effect last longer than just the straight magnesium spray.

Hey ya'll. I just wanted to say that I have been slowly working my way into the whole PH and Mag. intake portion of my life. All the data truly seems sound since Ive been having a super rough time with being sick.I tested my urine two days in a row to see where my baseline (somewhat)was.first day it was 6.4 after waking, and 6.9 later that day.pretty much got the same numbers the second.Tomm. I plan on taking something to raise it slightly.looking forward to using that mag rub one of these weeks soon too_Olive leaf extract n all.its good stuff. Thanks ya guys!!

I agree, dosage can and should be way higher than the RDA. The only concern I have is someone taking a strong mag bath and falling asleep!

The magnesium added to the cannabis rubs do make their affect last longer.
This last batch I added grape seed oil instead of olive oil to the coconut oil and I think I like it.

LOL! Or stumbling around the house like an over-cooked noodle afterwards!
Tonight, a strong dose of mag is in order.
:Woozy..?:
Dang, woke up just in time to finish this post and go back to bed!
A nice soak, with some BS and B12 to sip on. :Cheers me Dears:
I stopped taking BS and doing mag last Thursday. No noble reason, like to gauge their effect, I just kinda stopped.
We've been living in a cloud of frozen fog the past week, almost no sun, by last night I was worn out, depressed, and my joints were back to their old tricks.
Checked my pH today.... 6.3, maybe 6.4. No more program lapses for this kid.
From hovering in the 7 range, down to the low 6's? Is that normal or common? It kinda freaked me out.

:coffee2:..it is Savage isn't it...?

This is going to Sound Mental BUT..until we adjust the PH..people don't Realise how bad they feel every day...and they have a Problem Thinking that something so SIMPLE can make them feel miles better.

When we stop the PH treatment your PH drops back to the old levels and all your Old symptoms come back with a Bang...THEN you appreciate how Crappy you felt and what you were Living with daily.

We actually have a Planned Break in our Treatment Plan to let people Appreciate this.

You did your own...:coffee2:..and now you Appreciate it...huh...?...

Works like a Charm..

What was your Start PH...?..I Think it may have been around PH 5.7..you have just dropped to your pre-treatment level..shows you the regime you are following Works..you are not wasting you time and money..

We've been living in a cloud of frozen fog the past week,

Cold and low natural light affect PH..and you are more suseptible than most coz you work outdoors.

Good Sleep is the most Priceless medicine on earth...:d5:..you see me saying time and time again about meeting night night Dragon..:nightdrag:..Deep Restful Sleep Heals....

Now we have Two methods in our medicine box.."Izzy wizzy"..Blissful..

I'm thinking I was around 5.4, I'll have to go back and check. I have a tough time reading pH with these test drops. :stoneslap:

Yeah..not as Exact as a PH meter..But it doesn't have to be exact..to Me..I'd just say you have dropped back by dropping the treatment..
and you know yourself the Cure is to restart..so you will be Fine in a couple of days..

Once we can keep you Steady @ above PH 7 you will start absorbing what you Need from food..so you will Probably only have to supplement up over winter.

Homework says it takes about 5 Months to get the magnesium levels balanced..
Potassium is the PH Buffer..
so if you find your PH yo-yoing..take another OL cap..green juice..or just Eat more Greens..it will Help..

Yep. Old symptoms come back ANGRY! :Grrr:

Yup..you Feel like a Bear with a Sore Head...we Know the PH treatment is working when the Patients Partner comments on the Mood Change..it is Dramatic..

Simply put..if you feel like Chit..you are Grumpy..and you Moan lots..with a hair trigger temper and a perpensity to Flam out..:MmmMedibles..:..BUT..you will Feel as if everyone is Yammering at You..

You Lose your Tollerance..am I about Right..?

No more sliding for this redneck!

Watch your Outdoor night temps..all the longer term guinea pigs know..if your night temps drop your PH does too..so you may need extra measures to keep it up.

Sore head is right. It feels like a hangover headache. I can breath just fine, but it feels like the kind of sinus infection that make your eyes want to pop out.

Spot on, Aunty, spot on. Just checked, pH is showing under 6.5, maybe a 6.4. I am, however, back on the program. "Aloha"
No more being bad. :BottomBeater:
