your welcome friends.Im glad they were useful.I watch a bunch of stuff along those lines.Glad ya'll dug them.:pass:

You are Welcome.....it gives you another way to check up on it when you get your PH meter..but I can tell by the Improved Wellness you describe that you are Well on your way.

PH is affected by Heat and Light..when we slip into Winter with the drop in conditions our PH drops too..Naturally..and you see all the members slipping into SAD or more clinical depression.

With SAD..the Clue is in the Name...SEASONAL Affective Disorder....:coffee2:..and the most successful non drug treatment for it is a Light-Box.

Which would Lift your PH..:tiphat:

EoF..second one is Brill too..just gotta chance to Watch...

I have loads of high brow Technical info to explain it..but it is the Simple stuff that Works so we all Understand it.

Unfortunately..most of us would Know more about our Car Health because we have been Taught to Rely on Doctors..rather than Listen to our bodies and do a Self-Diagnostic...

BTW..you know what happens to a car engine if you tip a load of Sugar into the fuel tank...?..Yup...:tiphat:

Thanks Aunty,
Very interesting read. Not sure I buy all the "colloids of life" stuff but really illustrates the importance of mineral balance and pH. As a farmer I know that if you take crops off the land year after year and only fertilize with NPK, sooner or later the amounts of other minerals in the soil have to suffer. Low soil pH makes it even more difficult for plants to absorb what soil minerals are left. I have seen first hand how plant growth improves dramatically just by improving the soil pH (also nutrition quality as documented by forage tests).

It makes sense to me that the same things are true with outrbodies. If we improve our pH and provide the needed minerals our health will improve. I have seen this first hand with how much better my wife's SAD is this winter compared to previous years since her pH is up.

Dang, some deep reading here, I'll have to go over it a few times, especially the pleomorphic theory aspect. Great info, Aunty! :pighug:
