super cropping iv just done to my cob girl. girl scout cookie auto. abit of subject on this grow. but here we go. supercropping is, gently and patiently bend a branch back and forth until ur able to hear the branch brake put still be in tact. u want it to flop over. after a few days forms a nuckle looks like this hope this helps. u may snap a few branches along the way we all been there. patience and gentle bending is the key, ul get there

yea i did it to this girl for both reasons. height management. and for an even canopy happy growing

yea they grow back fast. defol away again as needed.depends on the plant mate and how bushy she gets again. i defol all through flower as needed. keep good airflow around my buds happy growing

This is me as well... I grow in hydro and I also trim the roots at week 3. Old habit from my Bonsai growing days.

I'll be topping one for the first time, so the education is appreciated... this should be perfect for me and eliminate always having to bend a 90 in the main branch... Thanks!

Just to add to GB's excellent and concise description of super-cropping, you'll want to make the bend in the direction you ultimately want the branch to go. I've done it lots of times with never an ill effect.
