Top canopy leaves discoloration?

Recharge will make things worse at this time. Recharge amplifies the nutrients in the pot by adding microbes and feeding the ones already in the pot. This in turn increases the nutrients available to the plant. You do not need that right now.
Ok so since then i gave her plain dechlorinated ph water 6.5. Ppm runoff was 860. Top canopy yellowing got worse and stems and middle vein of leaves turned red and she stays praying even during lights off, almost seems like a fade. i fed a proper 1/4 dose of 540 ppm feeding with runoff of 670 4 days after the plain water. I do notice the buds definately swelling up and tricomes are showing up in the last couple of days but i dont know if she'll make it through till harvest. Any tips, is it in lockout? Im stumped.

Yes it was/is in a lock-out. Solve the overfeeding problem by stop feeding. 540 PPM is not 1/4 feeding it is 100% of what autos like.

Didn't you say your water does not register on the EC pen. I think you should test that in a calibration fluid to be sure it is functioning correctly.

1/4 strength of feeding schedule recommendation. So ph water only until I see ppms drop to a certain level?. I have tested the blue lab conductivity pen with the ec solution its provided with twice. I had a cheap 15 dollar tds meter from amazon that usually read 50-70 ppm with my tap water but I figured it was unreliable and spent the money on a blue labs. Do you think theres a chance she'll make it to harvest?

If you are on municipal water you can get a water quality report online. We are interested in the water hardness and sanitation sections. The Blue lab EC pen will not measure below 50 PPM

You might benefit from this:

The plant should make it easily to harvest but you need to let the pot cool down. It would also help if you did a onetime foliar feed of Kelp, Fulvic Acid and B-vitamins or Earth Juice Microblast.

Yea ive tried looking up my villages water report, seems they havent done one since 2017. Im gonna send some out soon for a free test that i came across in home depot. Ok so im ordering a earth juice micro blast, should instructions on it be followed strictly or do it have to be at lower strength as well for foliar feed? And also foliar feeds are done right before lights out and only sprayed on leaves and not bud sites right? Im probably making every mistake in the book but be sure i am engraving what not to do in my head for the next grow. I cant thank you enough for the guidance.

It just takes a small amount for the foliar - 1 tsp per gallon of distilled or RO water. You do want to avoid wetting the buds as best you can. It is kinda late to do a foliar but the plant needs it. Dim your lights and apply 2 hours after lights on or 2 hours before lights out. Don't forget to turn your lights back up after the plant has dried. Never put wet plants to bed.

of course, she will make it to harvest but mog is the best person you could have in your corner

Ok so I went to a local hydroponics store and got the Microblast that same day and misted as many leaves as i could 2 hours before lights out with the lights dimmed to 30%. Idk if its just my eyes playing tricks but they seem to be getting a tiny bit greener from the center of some leaves. Just gave her 8 cups plain ph 6.8 watering. Runoff ph 6.2 and 500 ppm. is this a good sign im almost out of the woods? If so, can i start nutrients next feeding at low dosage or should i wait?
