Yay! Glad the light came on for you stick man, TLO is the best way to go. It's nice knowing I have enough amendments sitting on the shelf that I don't have to buy anything for a couple of years if I want (but you know I will )

Nice story, Stickman. Glad it worked out in the end. I'm headed towards TLO myself. Just makes sense to me period

:D

I finally got the rest of my Tea Gear.I wanted to say thank you to all the TLO fellas that have helped me out in a BIG way with my growing as a whole.Could someone please tell me if its a big deal if I went for a Humic Acid at 9.5% in my maco madness over Fulvic Acid?I decided Id buy Liquid Karma instead of the Fulvic Acid Equilibrium by Humboldt. Thanks fellas. all say they are true Organics,so ofcourse Im a lil lost as per usual.LOL!

I have used something similar but I still like to have some humic in my mix.

I have recently been made aware of a new humic product by phreedom_man1 that looks extremely promising and I will be getting some. Here's the link: http://andersonshumates.com/products/

Props to phreedom_man1 for the link... also, a special thanks for everything you and your pal have done to make things better for AFN and for me personally.

Oh man ,thats one sweet looking Link man, Thanks! So Im figuring I have Azomite, maco madness watered in with Molasses(all I had at the time) and now I can brew a Tea n hope for the best.Im just sorry I didnt get around to doing a soil recipe till a bit later.I bought DE,Greensand too.The guy at the nursery said that they are going to stop,or already have stopped making green sand.heard anything like that? :wiz:

Not unless it has all been mined... I haven't heard anything about that happening any time soon.

SO during the grow you add what to the water instead of nutes? that part isn't really clear to me.. ty
If you don't already understand TLO, or haven't read the thread entirely, it will be confusing based on what has become pretty much "conventional". There is no need for further suplementation when using TLO... guano teas can be used, but are not a necessity. :peace:

Awsome ..i read through it all first day i saw this post the hole MRE and granny's kitchen thing hit home for me asi i was in the military and my grandparents grew their own veggies which i loved to pick and eat and make jams ect..that seed they planted in me so long ago is just now starting to sprout..just needed that last bit.TY TY for all ya work and education ..should change ya name to TeacherX LOL:slap:

I strongly encourage you guys to go easy with the teas, and I can not emphasize enough how important it is to let a really strong mix cook/cure. The time and resources need to be invested up front, without trying to replace it with any mix/concentrate in a bottle or a bag. If you can't afford everything, it is better to wait until you can, rather than substitute.

New or improved organic amendments will show up from time to time, and they are always worth investigating. There are phenomenal new, organic technologies regarding improved availability of nutrients to plants (i.e. Biozome, Humic DG, etc.) that are coming out regularly, so it doesn't have to be boring... there are always new amendments worthy of consideration to add to your mix. But, if it looks like a short-cut... I advise extreme caution with regard to the integrity of your mix. :peace:
