My guess:

200W fixture -> 2 cobs=100W per cob -> 1400mA current on 72V cob

Driver specs say 1400mA, so it can't be another way.

It's dimmable n if so I wanna kno how much they heat they produce running at 50% n higher

For proper infos you'll have to wait for IndyLED.
My same Cree cobs are run on half that power(50W each) and 6 of them(along with 2 drivers) heat the growroom to 23-24°C* when out of the room is 20-21°C.
At 100W they should put out a bit more heat, how much I don't know. I'm also interested to hear it.

*explanation
Temps at canopy level are 23°C with side fan off, with the fan on it raises to 27-28 which is still ok.
Most heat is generated by the drivers.
