ive been wanting to get some uvb 50 bulbs cause if your gonna do it best get the most out of it
i got some fixtures 15w and 17w t8's just haven't free'd up funds yet

you know what i use promix bx with seagrow or ph perfect or both

as far as how i start seeds i soak them in a foam 8oz cup on top my tv with a 32oz foam cup over the 8oz over night then fill pot with promix bx i add d lime 3/4tablespoon per gallon of soil fill pot 3/4 full give the soil a wetting then add seeds and cover pot i use a black trash bag check day 2 let in fresh air and cover day 3-5 sprouts show up then when i see them open up and following to the light 1ml jump start and 1ml of mendo honey from grow more in a ltr then up it you'd have to go back and look to see doseage i fed
Im gonna try to hold off giving veg nutes to see if it effects m/f ratio any and temps half way up the tent are mid to high 70's with the occasional 80+ 400w digilux bulb 3'x3'x6.5' tent 4"ventech fan filter combo from amazon

yeah cgs i get migraines and the dreaded cluster headaches almost daily without some good indy doms with canna i sometimes get a week straight with now brain quakes

That is miserable. The pain comes with isolation in an attempt to get over them. Lucky if one can sleep it off. There are some interesting theories about migraines. A prof or doc named Sachs--if I recall--has written a book or two tracking migraines through history and what is going on prior to during and after. It is a deep book. The other thing they do when one suffers for a consistent period of time is anticipating the next one. Restricts one socially, traveling etc.

Canna works and there ought to be a specific component and/or synergy. Pill someday. Canna clears or ameliorates a migraine without that odd feeling and the after effects of the new drugs that abort the migraine.

At your age I too was hit and hit with weekly migraines.

Plants look good.

They had a tiny boost of pk last week. Still deep green and lush.

Definitely two of the Russian Black and one of the Black X. Former aroma = lemon and later = lemon grass. I like a lot.

None of my plants will come out for photos. You know how teens are in that transitional period. They want to wait, until, they can show off their figures. Women!

I am guessing ready two and half to three weeks. Guessing based on appearance. Have to check their age.

Photos look excellent--unfortunately, they too--will not come out for a photo. And they won't let me pick them up. Ok--then.

Will try photos next week.

cgs that why i love AFN i can socialize with folks but not have to go anywhere and worry Im gonna have to drive home with a brain quake i cant go outside without sunglasses cause bright sunlight triggers them big baro pressure changes pop them off to

i think there may be something in the cbn that helps cause the more amber the better if nothing else its the cbn that helps knock ya out

the good news is ive been mri'd nothing in my skull but space

Indeed--Sniper. The isolation and then to find others is comforting. Yes, my late teens to mid thirties were consistent. As I hit my late twenties like you making plans and anticipating a migraine, driving a long distance and being concerned all the time about one, interviews, meetings etc. Just has a tendency to cause "anticipatory anxieties." Nothing like being on vacation or visiting someone and bam.

I went through the sun glasses. Do you get those premonitions--body sensation, spacey feeling and then in my case an aura and then the headache.

I have to say since I started vaping I have had less of them--ever. Two times a few vapes broke minor ones up. They are far far less severe than the above mentioned years.

Let me know if I can help with ideas. Done lots of research--like you!

Yes, I do believe Mag helps. How, I am not sure. I also supp. with D. And little coffee--once a month, but I do drink plain iced tea like a horse. After I quit cigs in mid-thirties--it really eased the pain.

i changed my diet gave up caffeine doc gave me 2 different meds to try both caused stomach cramps

if i look up at a clear blue sky i see swirls but usually i don't have any warning signs a magic dragon that smelled of fresh turned dirt is the only canna ive had stop a full blown brain quake

see i want to get a canoe and trolling motor but i worry id just waste the money on it then never get a day where my buddy can go i don't wakeup with a quake the weather is good and i don't get there and BAM one hit

i get cluster headaches too i don't know what's worse them or a migraine with vertigo type feelings
my buddys understand so if they don't see me for a month or 2 they call to see what's up

Okay, 10 weeks and done (mostly)! Things at home mandated harvest ASAP, to make sure they're jar ready by Monday... They could have gone several more days, depending on how fast the ambering progressed, but as is, it's about 10% or so... good enough! Aromatics have been stable, no changes... I'm dyin' to try them now! This strain in notoriously potent, so I'm very curious to see how much so, for a Winter in/outdoor crop,...With any luck, I'll be able to run another round during peak summer, max. UVB season, and see how much difference this makes,... ** Excellent plants to grow, had 0 trouble with anything, other than my bad on chilling their rootsies too damn much! ...I'll miss the aroma of roasted skunk ass lingering about the place.... :roflcry:
