And would the four legal plants be allowed in conjunction with licensed plants?
What province do you live inIts all federal I think. You are right in that it appears to be a gram = 5 plants up to at least 50 plants (well 49... not sure if it changes after that). The license I am referring to is a medical use license but with provision to grow your own personal use amount. Does anyone think the feds are going to honor thesel icenses moving forwarding in the age of legalization?
Who knows if they honor the ACMPR in the future but there was a court case that gave us these rights. I'm a bud tender and patient so I'm aware of the prices of leagel weed. An 1/8 oz can cost 49 Canadian copeck, I understand the black market is 120. Oz now. I'm broke and only way I can grow is indoors in my greenhouse. If I was forced to buy the shit I couldn't afford the quantity I need. So if they do try and change the ACMPR they may end up in court again.
Hi everyone,
I was considering getting a canadian medical marijuana license. Any thoughts or experiences with these? I thought it would be useless after legalization but with the restrictive plant numbers etc in legalization I thought this may help?
Thanks!
How long did it take for you to get approvedi have the health canada grow your own paperwork and its very much worth it. I mean its free to get so how can it not be worth it? I can grow my own meds. I can grow 15 plants instead of 4 based on my medical prescription. I can mix the strains up. I can let plants go longer and more amber for sedative meds for sleeping. Once you get the paperwork the annual renewals are easy and fast. For me and what I need this is better than the recreational 4 plants limit. 4 plants is not enough.
