NEWS Thoughts on Canadian Medical marijuana License

Hi everyone,

I was considering getting a canadian medical marijuana license. Any thoughts or experiences with these? I thought it would be useless after legalization but with the restrictive plant numbers etc in legalization I thought this may help?

Been wondering the same thing myself. Only reason against it for me is I dont want to be on any government list of any kind. I wonder what would produce more outdoor in summer 2 runs of 4 big autos or 4 photos. Skelly was saying a while back he was going to start a thread on just such a topic.

I was on medical and I built a nice green house that according to a health Canada phone call could be called in door grow so as my prescription was 6 gram day this would qualify me to grow 30 plants instead of 12. I let my medical laps because of lack of cash, but hope to be flush enough soon

Apparently when the r.c.m.p call health Canada they can confirm that u are a patient. They prolly wouldn't check on u unless they got wind of dirty dealing on your part.

To grow you need different license for medical it takes months to get it if you get it to get license for medical use is easy

To my understanding the particular license I am applying for has a plant number related to the daily consumption limit you are given and allows the growing of that number of plants

Well in Ontario you can only get a license to smoke medical marijuana or a license to grow medical marijuana you can grow five planets for every 1 gram and 5 gram is a total daily Max

Plus you can grow 4 recreational plants in addition to the meds.

Its all federal I think. You are right in that it appears to be a gram = 5 plants up to at least 50 plants (well 49... not sure if it changes after that). The license I am referring to is a medical use license but with provision to grow your own personal use amount. Does anyone think the feds are going to honor thesel icenses moving forwarding in the age of legalization?
