New Grower Think I have preconceived misconceptions of auto's

Good luck bro, if you want a sticky skunky funky auto grab some Mephisto Ripleys OG. Just harvested 4oz's beginning of September and it's the stickiest I have seen yet. Great for rosin, smells like hot mess very skunky.

I've not tried it yet I've got 3 bears og and it was ok smoke..I'm thinking about after this one I got going now is done going to DIY cobs and see how that goes.Did I mention that growing is addictive as hell

Dude if you're into jack, GreenHouseSeeds Company did a pretty nice auto version of Jack Herer which I grew last year. I'd suggest giving it 9 instead of 7 weeks otherwise it's gonna drive you up the walls.

Very good grower and worth a read if you have time, that's the guy that can get up to 90g from 1sq ft

90g's per square foot is excellent for sure!! Had to remove link as its crosses the terms of use.

Man I don't know what it is but I'd love get me some regular autos that real good and breed it to my photo she is a very very potent girl and a man can break a leaf off of her and it's sticky or I'd like get and make a deal with a breeder and let them do it and take care of me because this girl is bad ass it's been in the family for over 20 years it's stalks are purple and at end at harvest the leaves turn purple and if grown in doors better have something for the smell my girlfriends boys come and spend the weekend with me and every time they come they say I still smell that skunk under your house lol ..But back to autos I've got one started now it's 2 days old it's a white widow thanks to @mizzo for hooking a guy up and I've got a avt in budding and it's not going make a half ounce so if this white widow don't impress me I'm giving up.

Do you know how to convert a photo to a auto? I want to learn that, I have a grape ape photo from Aruora Winds Botanical I would like to make auto. Never seen a grape ape auto so I want to try to make it. If so, can to tell me where I can find how to make a photo into an auto?

The breeders section would be a start.

It's gonna take you about 7 generations if you're good and lucky but it's possible.
Her's a way to do a fem line:

• You just have to cross your photo with an auto
• Grow the plants from those seeds
• Make clones while you grow them
• Now some of them will have the auto trait
• They will flower in 16-18Hr light, kill the rest (did I mention that you need a good sample size for this.. 30plants (after the culling) should do, so start with considerably more in early generations)
• Take the clones and suppress their female growth hormone using silver
• Pollinate the mothers with the clones (only one branch, leave the rest for smoking and testing)
• Now you have a bunch of selfies
• Great, harvest them, cure the weed and label everything

Once you tested the resulting weed for taste and effect you take all the ones you like

• Take a few seeds of each (we don't want to small a genepool)
• Grow them (as listed above)
• Rinse repeat

It takes a "few" generations of that to get your target traits stable.
