U see like this bit

I ask because every grow ive done the buds are just like that when some peoples (especially think different) buds fill right out into big full buds.
So it makes me feel im doing something wrong.
Hopefully in the next 3 - 5 weeks they will.

Im also going to switch to red spectrum tomorrow for the last weeks.

No it's not going to fill in any more in between the nodes. The buds do have some more swelling to go on the calix's and they will get bigger and heavier and fatter. If this is a repetitive issue it could be your node spacing is just greater than the other grows you've been observing. That really comes down to figuring your light out. For instance, you can keep the plant quite short with tight nodes by keeping your LED low early in its growth. It's kind of an acquired skill sometimes. Or the reverse could be true, he may need to lower your light down closer in flower.

One thing I can say for sure is you really should have had your red light on from the time you saw the little button buds start to form.

Ok cheers now i know why they seem not fully developed and its just the node spacing.and about the bulb ok i will remember that.last tine we spoke we said about using dual spectrum for bit then finish off with red,so i thought i changed it to dual at week 4ish day31 so means they got 4-5weeks of dual spectru. And then will get red for 3-5 weeks.
Sort of half n half, next time ill do what u said.i think i no wot u mean aswell isit like when the buds start get sort of lumpy (loads of mini buds over the bud)

Yeah that's the swollen calix's.

My LEDs have red blue and white and I just leave them all on all the time. The last 48 hours I might turn off the red because the manufacture of my light found it increases THC.

Ok i switched the bulb today, the colour is almost the same.
Maybe abit more red/warm looking

These are the dual spectrum

And then heres the red spectrum

Also i was just thinking of something about the node spacing.
What do u think is better for yield tight nodes or spaced out?
Because i first assumend it would be tight as u said its a skill being able to keep them close, then i thought if the lower bud is tucked under the top bud then does that mean its being covered/getting less light.

Tight node spacing is always desirable indoors , because you lose quite a bit of weight the further you get from your light.

Many of those grows that you see with those big old huge colas actually decrease in quality as you go down that Cola. Simply because those guys probably don't have the greatest light, they may be very light and Airy towards the base of the cola. The way your plants are growing each bud is going to get maximum light all by itself and will probably be harder and more solid further down. It's possible you can end up with the higher yield than those other plants at least in quality bud.

Quality over quantity any day of the week..I totally agree with everything you just said for tight node stacking my go to light is my perfect sun cob or LEC/CMH. I use more led than anything now

I also read that stretched out nodes can be due to difference in night and day temps.if kept roughly the same they wont stretch, but if a big differnce they will stretch.

The buds starting to look nice, eepecially on the maturest plant

Not sure whether to try make it go the same time as the rest.for maybe a bit more bud.i woulent mind some couch lock bud for at night times.if im real high like happy stoned i dont wana go to sleep lol

I took some pics of the trichomes, just on that plant as one is not even fully developed bud yet, like white hairs.
Are other two are a little behind the mature one but look good but not enough to check if ready.
Heres the pics i think some look cloudy (im not the best at looking at triches).
