New Grower THINK DIFFERENT GROW

I really like the bud shots up there comparing the difference in ripeness, very cool! I had a couple ideas when reading through your situation with the nasty heat, what about rotating frozen jugs of water in an out of the tent every few hours? That might help bring you back down a degree or two C. Not like a swamp cooler though, I would not blow air across it though as that would increase your humidity quite a bit more I would think as it would thaw faster and sweat more. The other idea I had was to make sure, at least when you water, to chill the water down to 21-22C just to help cool things down, if even for just a few hours until it comes back up to ambient.

Thanks man i actually tried putting 4 ice packs in there but it didnt do anything lol and i also thought of cooling the water but then i thought it might shock the plant somehow.luckily the temps are fine now as the heatwave is gone :cooldance:

I was thinking maybe a phosphurous deficiency? @jingo

I cut this leaf off,i read cut leafs at the base of leaf not the stem to prevent mold.

Also read if its a low leaf dig the stem into the soil so it grows roots and gives the plant a bigger trunkbase (not sure if true lol)

I looked up about phosfourous and it said there is good amount of phosfourous in bloom nutes so if it is that, now theyre getting twice the bloom nutes should that do the trick.
If i was feeding em more than 1litre before they prob would of had enough from that maybe

Well I would hate for you to shock your plants, I don't think cooling your water to a happy 70F would actually do that, but airing on the side of caution seems smart.

You really need to look at the whole plant when trying to figure out a deficiency or a lockout, that leaf could be just about any issue at this point. If you're getting some odd leaves here and there it's best to leave them on the plant it will kind of help diagnose.

If your grow room temperatures are okay, I'm of the opinion its best to water at the same temperature as your root Zone.

Thanks man ill keep an eye on the rest

@jingo But wasn't his temperature getting to the point of being out of comfortable? Maybe I misunderstood something, but it sounded like he was trying to find a solution to reduce the temperature overall in his room? I warm my water up a bit because it's ambient temp is about ten degrees cooler than inside the tent, on average, and it's result is to warm the tent a little bit more. So the opposite should hold true, theoretically, cool the root zone a bit and cool the surrounding environment.

I must have missed the environmental factors you're talking about, I just tend to like to keep my input water the same as my environment if my environment is good. I cringe a little bit every time I pour cold water on my plants Roots cuz I know I'm going to slow them down.
