New Grower THINK BIG AUTO - Loosing my virginity

Thank you very much. Plenty of flower sites on the bushes so I just went ahead and added 125ml of current cultures “bloom boost early”And a quick edit on before, I only added 62.5ml per litre of veg a and b. Ppm is at 700 now which is on par with your 100 ppm per week plus tap water advice so I feel comfortable with that. I’ll keep a close eye on them over the next few days and make adjustments as needed

So I’ve just been feeling it out as of late. I had a slight problem with my blulab meter on the last water change. Got my ppm up to 700 and it was jumping around(which is normal, it usually settles down after an hour or so..... went to work and did normal life shit and came back a dayish later to find that the ppm was jumping all over the place( like up and down by the hundreds). My first initial look at the girls told me something was up( leaves clawed down and twisted(I’ve been here before) so I instantly take out the Ec meter and clean the grimy shit off it and it reads at 980( 280 more than I wanted) so I dropped the ppm back and have monitored closely. Lots of pistols shooting out everywhere but still getting some vertical growth so am still on the 125ml beg a and b ( 62.50 of each) and 125ml of bloom booster early and 28ml of coco cal with uc roots to keep sterile. Have had some burnt tips but nothing to crazy and have still been seeing vertical growth so I’m not to worried. The 2 that I’ve lst’d have so many leaves on the bottom I can barley see but I’m hesitant to chop them as they still look somewhat healthy. I’m a couple of days into week six and I’m pretty optimistic. I will post pictures up tomorrow but all three plants have grown to the point there are now touching each other and the runt is even having a growth spurt. The new light will be here soon and I’m thinking it all gravy from there as long as I don’t fry em again or have issues with temp(root rot, mold ect). I know this probably sounds dickish but I get so proud every time I open the tent and can’t believe I’ve gotten this far. A couple of family members have been following my progress and just want to piss on my parade all the time but even tho I’m a total noob and can barely grow a beard, I think I’m doing ok. I’m already getting told not to get my hopes up and that thier photos looked the same but gave them fuck all( bagseed mind you) and have a general lack of knowledge about autos and are stuck of the mindset that it will yield low and give shit product. I like to think of myself as open minded and sponge like when it comes to learning and I’ve tried to replicate the best I’ve seen. I’m about halfway through my FIRST EVER GROW and thanks to this network of people and the shared knowledge I truly believe that with good genetics and a solid (simple) guide to grow, anyone can do the same. Where I come from the “industry” is tainted. Just look up bikie bud and Asian weed and you’ll get a better understanding. I have not even completed my first grow but have already been researching about breeding and even if it remains underground in my country, I want to be the one to bring it forward. Turning a profit would be great but I’d also give a few dollars if it meant we all had access to good quality herb. I apologise for my rant but I think many will understand. So the point was to not be Dickish but to also kinda say “remember this post when I change my country lol”. Will bring pictures and answer any questions and take advise ASAP. Also, if there is anyone on the network that has any good info on breeding auto & photo period plants, I would love to pick your brain. From my limited knowledge, autos and weed in general was pretty shitty until larger groups of people tried to “breed out” better and more reliable phenoes and since then the industry has flourished. I’ve heard/read stories of an underground scene that tried to further genetics in my country in the 70’s-90s but it obviously never got good enough to breed out all of the shitty genitics here. ABC is the only notable thing to come from that era and that is questionable in itself.

Hey guys, just a quick update. Will go into better detail when I’ve got the time. So busy this time of year!!! Today is day 45 and we are flowering. Ppm is 700 with a mixture of current cultures bloom a, bloom b, bud booster early, coco cal and uc roots. Ph is 5.8 and water temp is 20-22c. Massive roots systems on all plants except the runt. Got the new light yesterday and put it in today. Did some minor defoiliation on the very bottom of the plants and removed dead and half dead leaves and that’s about it. A strong earthy/lemon/citrus smell is coming from the plants now and beautiful white buds are forming.

Merry Xmas and Happy new year everybody. Sorry for the delayed update. Will be a brief one until the end of the week. I’m half way through week 8. Some buds seem further along than others and I’m also having an issue with some sort of pest I suspect. I’ve added the best pictures I can at the moment (sorry about the led) but I’m getting whole leaves that yellow off and die almost daily now and they just seem to fall off when you touch them. Also a lot of leaves are curling down which I thought was from the nutrient burn but I’ve gone really easy on it and seen no changes in a couple of weeks. Also getting some yellow/orange and white spotting around different parts of the plant but not bad and not everywhere. I’ve also seen fine white hairs on the tips of some fan leaves but no real webs. I’m convinced I have spider mites and have checked undersides of leaves but only with my naked eye. Nothing. I’ve sprayed with water a few days ago but I’m getting some pretty dense buds now so I don’t want to risk rot. Any suggestions???other than that the buds on top are very sticky and starting to fatten up. I don’t no about going 14 weeks but then again I’ve never done this
Ppm is 900 bloom a and b and mid bud booster, cal mag, uc roots.
Ph is dropping so have been going in high as you said. Was going in at 6 but I’ve taken your advise as of last night and going in at 6.3
