Nice Hairy! I really wish I had boughten a heated seedling mat. I tried a back heating pad with two towels on top of it. It just fried them to a crisp. The router has not been much help either. I have to figure out the proper amount of insulation to get it just right.

Cant be The nutes would go straight through the perlite and not have time to absorb in as efficently as they should

My mix is recycled biobizz light that's been composted with household bits ,tealeaf remains , bannanas, egg shells , cereals and plant waste with the addition and recharged with mychondria and stuff

Does she sit in a tray or drain to waste?
I was thinking drain to waste the perlite would not retain moisture.
I was not aware the perlite could wick up like that , but I guess if you get good roots established you can grow in anything.
