Day 40 from seed today... 3.9 gallon autopots filled with Tupur... 1 HLG qb288 135w kit... Megacrop nutes... Actually I started using cal mag, bloom, and micro, but i can't see where it is better than megacrop... On my first grow the gh nutes were burning my plants up!!! So I flushed it out for a week and started using megacrop and my plants came back and took off!!! Anyway, once this res is empty, I'm going back to the megacrop... And im going back to soil after this run... Still gonna use the autopots ,just not the tupur... I would appreciate any and all help that anyone can give me on this grow!!!

Not sure what tupur is but I would settle for one medium and nutes. Then do a couple grows to get used to watching the plants. It gets easier every time!

I was following what my friend did with his alien vs. triangle grow... He figured it would work for me also but I think i like soil better... And megacrop nutes...

Tupur is a form of coco coir

I have learned something today! Mega crop is good stuff and simple to use. Soil is a bit more forgiving than coco, its ph sensitive and has buffeting capabilities. I'm not an expert, but stick with one style that's comfortable for a couple grows to learn. There is plenty of time to experiment

Its made by royal gold... It has perlite in it... My first auto grow in soil came out great and I should have stayed with it but I wanted to try something new and a friend had autopots so I decided to try them out cause his grow was fantastic!!! I wanted to use soil in mine but people kept saying that it was a bad idea... So here I am, trying to make it happen with something that I know nothing about... Looking for all help and advice that I can soak up...

Ph, 5.8 to 6.0 for one. Most important thing I know about coco. Look at threads by @Unique , he is a coco guy.

coco is much better then soil, you'll get faster,larger growth... but ph must be in range or growth will be slow and plants just won't thrive like they should... 5.8-60ph for coco is great...for me 5.96-5.98 I get the fastest growth and plants really seem to thrive at that ph for me..

I don't use the expensive ones, the cost don't justify it for me I prefer the mid-grade ones that are much more affordable...
