Since the 2 SCROG masters are here, I got a question. How do you guys tuck your tops? Do you just slightly bend them to the net and keep adjusting them as they grow? I understand tucking and keeping the rest of the plant even but not the main tops? And you just stop tucking things under when veg growth stops, right?

Also looking at scrog for my next grow I need to figure out placement of the net for my F&V. Since they get so tall, how would I know what the optimal height is for the net? Bandit I know you do about 9" from soil, but on a taller plant should I give more room below the net? Thanks for any input guys! And keep up the awesome work!!!

Regardless of whether it's the main branch, or a side branch, I just let them grow through the screen, and when they're anywhere from one or two inches through, I tuck. Since you know the F&V gets tall, I'm sure 12" would be a good height. What type of headroom are you deal going with?

Thanks Bandit! That makes a lot more sense to me on the main branches now. As far as headroom.. not sure. I still need to figure that out lol. I'm re-doing my scrog idea just a little bit in prep for next round, and your helping me figure that out. From the top of my soil I have about 30" of actual plant grow height before being at my light hood. I've got my scrog setup about 6" from the lights right now but I think I might move it down 2-3" and then figure out plant placement from there. I got a little something up my sleeve on my scrog, it's gonna be interesting - and fun! I can't wait to try it out!

Well buble, I'd love to see what you got planned for your scrog.

As for the height....for tall ass plants. I would start lower. Like say 8-9 in from dirt, coco whatever. That's your level. If your scrog is too high and they stretch....your fucked! If you keep tucking, especially the main you should be fine. And it'll give you more room to adjust lights as needed. If your light is fixed....well......get some yo yo's.
