its told to contain genes from among others Afghan, Chitral and Hindu Kush.
acclimatization and selection here for many years have resulted in a strain that is very early, potent and mold resistant.
Now THAT...IMO...would be a Classic cross to JEM or ALF#3.

JEM is Afghan dom..
(I Think that is where the hardiness comes in...afghans get Nasty and Duurty in cold weather...a Cold snap through growing Improves them...)
It has a High Kush content..
(The colours..)
and Probably Columbian.
(The Reds..)

she Also carries the Cat Piss phenos in decent dominance..

Plus..JEM is probably one of the Only totally Outdoor grown AF's..

some of the crosses are f14..most of that Off-season..

that in AF terms is probably unequalled..

then you have the Royal Dane with years of Acclimatisation to the Hard climate..
sounds like a Match made in Heaven.....

Typhoon would interest me simply to get a Sati that would Finish in your conditions would Please a lot of People.

Sounds like a Plan Bro...

yeah... they sound incredible... great for breeding as mossy said... but also I'm intrigued as they are... :) anything new and different I suppose... where can we find these strains?

Yeah, typhoon was rumored to sometimes become hermie, but I dont know if it was a bad seed batch or if its in its genetics. The plants I have seen in Thisted have been HUGE! and healthy.

john mondello: zenseeds and DCF frobanken DK.

maybe you guys could consider The Church from greenhouse. it is supposed to be very mold resistant and it was grown on mountains.

"Both Thyphoon and Nepal are very mold resistant, I haven't grown Royal dane. I whould go with nepal because there is not as many hermies in them."

Sooo... :smokebuds:
But i´m curious about that Royal Dane -

I was thinking about giving these a try, this year along side my autos.

Outdoor.

Hashplant / Brazilian Sativa / Nepalese

Finishes mid September

Being bred on the BC west coast they will HAVE to be selected to be mold resistant. So they should be good for wet and cold places. I am sure some sort of selection would have to be done, but these are going in the rite direction imo. What i know about BC outdoor growing, these plants have to be early and mold resistant.

Thanks mate!
Good info! checking now..
Oooh yeah...looking good! :dancer:

What a nice day! :toke:

Marrage made in heaven..
Yeah, lurking around & stealing snippets from forums again..
(Hope it´s Ok?!)

Quote Seedling,on Seedheaven :
"Well to answer your question about the best performers outdoors its just a fact that the autos of to day arnt the best performers up north... In my opinion the Danish genes are superior and that is because of the mould issues found in most autos. This is why my new project will be one to cross my fav Danes to my fav autos and get something in between. If i find somethink i really like i might work it to full auto but that is not the main goal for now and a very long process..."

Cheers! :pimp:
