Yeah i use it in my living soils. It is a carb load for the myco. It actually feeds them, i use more of the rice baby food (the powdered stuff) in a box. It has a ton of minerals and other micro/macro bennies

Definitely Tomall LED's i growed before Ca and Mag issues got fixed after week 2-4 in that supersoil i'm growing in, but this LED sucks it out at all, have to add TNC Calmag every 2. watering, have to get used to it, but plants like it.

I’m a heavy Indica fan so I don’t usually run those. I have grown out AVT... big and potent. My head high pals love it.
