I have spoke with the Hampton in Selma Oregon and they have agreed to give me any rooms booked at discount(company rate). I travel a lot for work and we have a contract with Hampton. I must have rooms booked the 1st week of April. If anyone is interested in going to the event would like to stay at the Hampton instead of camping I am willing to book rooms for at a discounted rate. Any rooms booked will be reserved under my name and cash or a card will need be presented at check in. There is a lot of time to think about this but anyone interested can pm me for details and arrangement. I will also be renting a large suv or conversion van if anyone is interested in carpooling to and from the event. Please serious inquiries only.

I'll have to check my last receipt but I'm thinking around 50-55 at rate. I'd like to camp but I am to far away to drive it I cant be away from work that long.

I wonder how much it is to be a Judge .I want to go VIP too and they have a carpool thing lol .Just not many reasons not to go. Unless your YELLA lol @Son of Hobbes @Waira High Team!we should all really try to go.There is enough time to plan.and a few harvest in between should be good.

I did the VIP thing but wont be camping. That doesn't mean I cant sleep in the ride and clean up at the hotel in the morning.
