Seed Bank the attitudes bad juju

I have used them a few times with great results. but recently i have had serious problem and the customer service has done nothing to help.

I had waited a month for the attitude birthday promotion to order my seeds.
When i got my order it did not come with half the seeds.
When i talked to customer service they said on my next order they would replace anything that was missing.
so i make another order and low and behold there is no replacements.
At this point i dont really care if they make up for their mistake, i am done with them.Very unfortunate.:no:

I had the same experience!

Attitude have always been top notch until my last order.
two of my freebie seeds never arrived, i contacted them and got an email back asking if they should send them now or on my next order.
I asked for them to be sent now. Then they ignored all my emails and no seeds arrived!

To add insult to injury the missing ones were the only autos

I wonder what's going on at the attitude? They are ruining a their good reputation

I hope they shake up their customer service, because I always looked out for their monthly deals, but it's not much of a deal if you don't get what is promised

Don't you love that "on your next order" crap? Like you want to order with them again after they fucked it up in the first place. You can read all of my threads and see that normally I wouldn't say shit if i had a mouth full of it but I've had two recend bad experiences with the attitude. Shame on me I guess.

I ordered a few seeds on the birthday promo including Chaze, next day I get an email saying Chaze out of stock and would I like a refund or change, got the seeds the next day
I'm guessing they was fairly busy and made a few mistakes?

Im pissed at attitude atm.. I brought Reg auto seed from there auto section. Only to find they now list it as a photoperiod... Contacted them but sadly they are saying that these seeds where never autos...
I have no way of proving my case... All i can do is vote with my wallet... Thats the last of my cash they will see....

its odd that a company who has been so reputable in the past has started to drift.
Maybe its new workers or something. I hope in due time i can trust them again as of now i have no reason to.
I will certainly be back to let you guys know if they decide to make better on their part without an additional order
