Completed The 2021 Outdoor Auto/Photo Competition!

Did I happen to see the ol rock tie downs in your picture? I’ve had Great results with that,
I’m just losing my mind thinking about the weather to come... this is gonna be a wet finish by the looks...

i did tie down some Blackberry Gum branches with stakes n jute to open it up a bit ..minor lst .. if that's what u were talkin about? Just something to open it up a bit for better air circulation... and here on Vancouver Island, it's a given that it will be a wet stretch run. Hoping the Phyter treatment will get them to the finish line  An nothing but good vibes ur way :vibes:

Regular weekly update
La Buena Hierba Asian Haze is doing great! She's ramping up bud production and getting frosty.

I have found the beginnings of bud rot in a few places, but where it formed is very confusing. Several were located in the same part of the formation of the colas. It was the first bud formation down from the top main set of grouped buds. I found that a bit odd. Even more odd is the condition of that bud where it formed. The bud was in good air flow and was very wispy. Totally NOT where you would expect rot to start! It's very confusing.

The Phyter is working. At worst, it's slowing the progress of any rot that somehow gets established. When I find any rot, it's cut out and she gets sprayed at the next opportunity.

She's still drinking a rez in less than 48hrs. Dose of EM1 and humic acid in the mix of tap water that goes in the rez. I think next dry rez, she'll get her last dose of added nutes. It will be liquid this time and the water will be from compost tea I'm making for my other girls. It will be a last shot of goodness, as I see her coming down just before Oct1 if all things continue at the same rate. Bud growth is pretty vigorous.
SUNRISE THIS MORNING
I wanted to spray Phyter this morning, so I got outside early. Nice and cool 62*F with a high of 91. Forecast has some chances of rain this week, but with good temps. Further out is calling for more rain opportunities, but still good warm weather. Fingers crossed!!!!

excellent mantis pic my man! :d5: ... that's a still a juvie, no wings yet, so it'll probably hang around on patrol for a bit...
From R-L BFG and Raspberry Parfaits
I’m up the hill about 5ft and still not level with the middle girl. She’s pushing 11ft and the others you get the picture. So much for going small. The structure is very open so they’re not round bushes and the buds are shaping up to be on the large size.
:growing::haha: .... thinkin' the same thing Mason! But at least this shape is easier to work on than fat booshes-- if ya got the ladder and health insurance for it- :rolleyes2:
It looks like some low Sun hours stretch? What's the exposure like there now? ... that, or some pot squeeze...

...just a coincidence Bill, the spores are already everywhere, right? ...trying to get inside, and I think pistils are a weak point. I assume it's all surface infection, nothing stem diving? -- that's the worst!
With your constant high RH%, frequent rain, warm T's,a great many cultivars would be mush piles in that hot mess!

She look great man, lots of bottle-brush colas fattening up-:greenthumb:... similar aroma to little Sis'?
UPDATE #10 End of the fifth week of flowering for the Venom OG, fattening up nicely, stinks like fuck, another 3 weeks to go
:vibe: chunking up indeed, how about some nice night+flash porn shots Hazey, don't be stingy with the love-

Stanky works for me, is she fuelly/chem' or more earthy-spicy?

<<< update for me >>>

>>> Garlicane-
nugging up like crazy, and fast too fortunately! ... resins starting to fuzz over like they should, by late bloom she should be literally smothered in trich's, frosted curled leaves, and some nice rich color too
...leaf rub was sweet-fruity, atypical for this cross, but it's still quite early on yet.... stank may come later, if not, this will be the most Slurricane leaning pheno' to show so far....

What rot I've found has been purely topical. I'm sure the dead pistils contributes greatly to the problem.
I do think it's a combo of the fine La Buena Hierba genetics and through usage of Phyter that has let her thrive as well as she has. Good health from growing in the EarthBox has been vital with very limited bug attacks................watch me have an outbreak of something! LOL!

I'm tripping on one of the cuttings I took from her. I've been spraying her with STS and she totally mutated and doesn't even look like a cannabis plant......except for ONE normal leaf on the entire plant. Another cutting, which I think was from the little haze, has still maintained normal structure. They were on 18/6, but nothing is happening, so I flipped to 12/12 to see if that will do anything.
