Yes dude thats Botrytis AKA bud-rot AKA the Slime lol http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Botrytis_cinerea its not uncommon especially this time of year and in fat buds,if I were a fun guy sorry fungi I would want to live in a bud lol
