It's fairly full in there, but I'll bet I could have snuck in a few more ET's for fun.

Well don't I feel stupid. I have been quietly waiting for the 00 Seeds Sweet Soma to show me pistils. I just realized today that it is a photofem. I incorrectly identified her as auto or more correctly I was a bonehead who didn't actually read the packaging and planted a photo for an auto run. I will leave her in the tent with 18/6 light cycle and let her gain some size before blooming her.

A couple of updates here. First, I dropped 4 new ET Dragon beans into rockwool cubes yesterday. Just a few to stagger into the tent with this grow and before I actually commit to what will be the next grow. I will drop ET's then as well, but also a couple of other auto's. I've been dying to try a purple so probably something along those lines.

I have also found that World of Seeds, Afghan Kush Ryder is sensitive to nutes in bloom. Through veg every one was handling the nutrient levels really well. At Max in veg the plants were getting the following dosing. BioThrive Grow: 10ml, CaMg+: 12ml, liquid kelp: 12ml all measurements per gallon. Into bloom, BioThrive Bloom: 10ml, BioBud: 6ml, CaMg+: 12ml. But Today I noticed that the leaf tips on the Biggest AKR are really browning up, and the bushy pheno is showing some different things. I will flush plain water through them tomorrow and then back off the nutes a little on the AKR's.

The ET's and the Girl Scout Cookies seem to be happy with the nutes, just a touch of tip burn. so I will keep it on them.

quick update. Just went up to the tent to take a peek at the secret garden. Two things come to mind. First is the overt appearance of lots of little shiny trichomes on the Afghans and the Cookies. I have seen so many frosty pics of the Girl Scout Cookies and I'm really excited that mine are frosting up already. The short bushy pheno Afghan Kush Rider is also frosting up right along with the GSC's and I am really excited to try both of these strains right about christmas time. With THC potentials of 20+% I think I will have a very merry christmas this year.

My second observation also concerns the Afghan Kush Rider, which I noted yesterday as having a nutrient sensitivity issue. This morning at the normal first check, I gave the 2 largest AKR (which are the second pheno of akr that I have)plants straight water to runoff. And probably will again tomorrow. I will then commence a little lighter nutrient regimen to finish them, or maybe not.

As I studied the plants and looked them all over, I came to the realization that only the largest of the AKR's was experiencing any significant leaf tip burn, or outward indication of issues. All my plants have a little tip burn, but this progressed on this one plant pretty quickly, and today I noticed that the leaves are all starting to display some deficiency indication. But why just this one plant? There are 9 other plants in the tent drinking the kool-aide, and none of them are showing me any issues whatsoever. So I am wondering, and I think the next few days will help me figure it out. The leaves almost look as if they are changing color as in fall is here. Not so much a deficiency as a color change is the sense I get. Another day or two of straight water will clear the soil and then we will sort it out.

That's a killer tent bro, awesome selection of strains. Hope the small issues clear up for you soon. Interested to see those cookies finish so I'm sub'd if thats ok! :pass:

just got caught up. it been a while brother. my life has gotten in the way also. that's an impressive line up you got there. and that flower and the leafs had me thinking you developed a new strain . but a beautiful flower

Thank you folks. elsam, aint it funny how life keeps screwing with our plans. I decided when I planned this grow to begin sampling some different strains. I have also decided to teach myself some breeding knowledge and play with the ET Dragons to see what I can do with it. I really like that plant and the only downside is it's smallish stature and limited yield. So I thought I would try to shore up its size and yield some by setting some standards for future seed runs. 0nly keeping seeds from those females that finish at 24" or greater. But that is another thread over in the Terrestrial Bean Co. forum. It will cover all my ET Dragons from here forward and all the crossing or playing that I do with them.

I will still cover them here as well since they fit into the tent as part of my overall grows. But I will keep chugging along and growing lots. I am going to follow this up immediately with another auto grow, which will have at least 4 or 5 or more ET Dragon females, and at least 2 other plants. I just can't decide which strains to grow. So give me a hand here. I'll list what the possibles are and you tell me which ones to do.

Cream of the Crop: Narco Purps

00 seeds: Auto Bubblegum
Auto Cheeseberry

Delicious seeds: Auto Jota Mayuscula purple
Auto La Bella Afrodite

Vision Seeds Amnesia Haze auto
Blueberry Bliss

I think that's enough for you to think about. Look at this. interactive grow journals, pick the strain you want to see.

that Vision Blueberry Bliss is 1 of my favorites. a little small but pulled 1 1/2 oz and a great med for appetite, pain relief and sleep.

Sounds like it is a contender then. I had read on several other boards and threads here that blueberry is a perennial favorite of many people. So Blueberry it is then and to keep with the theme, let's make the second plant that 00 seeds Cheese Berry. The next grow is set then.

That's one of my hibiscus, I have 11 other tropical and non tropical varieties out back as well as some tropical ginger and heliconia. Luckily, my annual whitefly infestation seems to be centered on my hibiscus and my tent has only suffered some very minimal gnat issues this year.
